Great location, breakfast and facilities
Pros:

Very good location and breakfast. Nice and clean room and there is always somebody there to ask if you need anything. They also offer laundry service which is very helpful.

Cons:

Only minor issue is the rooms are next to the pool and the walls are quite thin so we did get woken up at 6am by people in it.

Breve pero muy placentera en un hotel tranquilo y acogedor en Tam Coc.
Pros:

El hotel estaba ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, cerca del lago, y era un lugar muy apacible donde por la noche no se oía ningún ruido. Fui allí por recomendación y la verdad es que me encantó. No lo pude disfrutar todo lo posible porque llegué por la mañana temprano y pasé el resto del día visitando la zona. Me hubiese encantando probar el desayuno, pero a la mañana me tuve que ir temprano. De todos modos, el personal del hotel fue siempree encantador y de hecho se tomaron la molestia (cuando no tednrían por qué haberlo hecho) y me preparon una bolsita con algo para desayunar, lo cual les agradecí enormemente. La habitación era muy cómoda al igual que las camas, y volvería a repetir la estancia sin ninguna duda.

Cons:

Creo que no puedo pensar en nada que hubiera que mejorar. Me ayudaron mucho con el tema de alquiler de las motos, y me dieron recomendaciones sobre qué sitios visitar y cuánto tiempo tenía que emplear en los desplazamientos. Gracias a sus consejos, pude visitar mucho más de lo que pensaba que podría hacer.

Cons:

Цена не соответствует качеству. Номер уже потрёпанный, плесень на потолке, мебель с царапинами. Завтрак очень маленький. Хозяева реагируют на проблему, готовы поменять номер, но если вам меняют номер, то кому дадут ваш старый номер?)))

L'emplacement autour du lac est parfait pour les activités en barque et pour partir en scooter. C'est vraiment très joli et calme, tout en étant à proximité à pieds des restaurants et autres ! Le soir tout s'éclaire avec les lampions, magnifique !

Cons:

Difficile de communiquer, peu de commerçants et hôteliers parlent anglais.

הכל. מקום מקסים. בהתחלה החדר לא היה לשביעות רצוננו והחליפו לנו. המרכז העניינים אבל שקט ונעים. מקום מקסים. הכל היה מאוד נוח.

אפשר לדפר במעט את ארוחת הבוקר לצמחונים.

EXCELENTE UBICACION DISPONIBILIDAD 100%
Pros:

La ubicación, céntrico pero con privacidad, algo que no tienen la mayoria de los homestays de la misma calle. La piscina perfecta y necesaria a cualquier hora. La disponibilidad del homestay: necesitamos motos y tuvimos motos en 10 min, necesitamos bici y tuvimos bici en 10 min. Necesitamos servicio de lavanderia y a la mañana del dia siguiente teniamos la colada hecha. El desayuno te lo hacen en el momento y están deliciosos.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada nos dio la impresión de poca profesionalidad, nos recibió una mujer con su hijo (un encanto) en brazos, habia juguetes por en medio, todo un poco caos... y pensamos que el trato era demasiado familiar pero para nada. Fue algo puntual, el trato muy profesional el resto de los dias con un ambiente familiar eso sí,. Por decir algo, no habia TV en la habitación.
