Great location and leisurely walk around the lake.
Pros:

The location is near to the boat tours & served by many local restaurants. You can easily rent a motorbike from the hotel or via the numerous rentals around the hotel.

Cons:

Toilet / bathroom can get wet coz shower has not got a screen.

Great location by the lake and walkway with cafes and restaurants. Cute small place with a nice pool to cool off in. Owners were very nice too.

Solo la posizione. Condizionatore non funzionante mi hanno dato un ventilatore che dopo 15 minuti ha smesso di funzionare. Sostituito con uno che era a dir poco sporchissimo. Abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Mai più

Cons:

Chambre avec voisins trop bruyant.
Une note devrait être mise dans les chambres pour cesser tout bruit ou forte conversation à partir d une certaine heure le soir.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, justo al final del Río donde el puente, muy bonito. Personal muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar, nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre los sitios que visitar en Ninh Bin.

Cons:

Nos pusieron dos camas separadas cuando habíamos contratado una cama de matrimonio. Asimismo, la ventana del baño es bastante molesta si vas de noche y tienes que encender la luz y la nevera estaba llena de moho.

Pros:

It's a family run business and the owner is a very nice lady that makes you feel welcome. The hotel is located two steps from.Tam Coc lake, but opposite the busy part. Still you get cafes and restaurants nearby (also: everything is nearby). The pool is nice and clean. Our room was big, much bigger than all other rooms, as it was not located in one of the bungalows but in the main building. Breakfast choice is limited but food is prepared in the spot and tasty.

Cons:

While the furniture is the same of the newer bungalows, our room being the only one in the older building was a bit disappointing: there are cracks and stains on the wall, sockets plaques do not quite fit the holes in the walls, appliances in the bathroom are tarnished. Cleaning could be improved: bed linens and towels were clean, the WC and the basin in the bathroom were clean, but the floor had been poorly swept and there was dust and someone else's hair. I did not ruin our staying, though.

Belle escale pour visiter le village de Tam Coc
Pros:

La gentillesse de nos hôtes, le petit déjeuner incroyablement frais et copieux, nous pouvons choisir à la carte et on nous le prépare gentiment.
La proximité avec la rivière et les embarcations, la ruelle plus calme avec les Homestay qui sont tous très bien décorés.
La piscine est suffisante pour le nombre de clients.
Le prêt de vélo gratuit (en bon état).

Rien, juste une climatisation plus forte .

Pros:

Vicino al lago del giro per Tam Coc.
Proprietari molto disponibili: il girono del check out avevamo il bus notturno alle 20:00 di sera. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno permesso di fare una doccia alla sera gratuitamente prima della partenza (doccia vicino alla reception). I bambini hanno anche potuto usare la piscina nel pomeriggio prima di partire e la proprietaria ha dato loro delle bottigliette di acqua (sempre gratis).
Pulizie in camera tutti i giorni, e ogni giorno 4 bottigliette di acqua.
Colazione da scegliere sul momento molto buona: noi abbiamo mangiato pancake normali e alla banana accompagnati sempre da un piatto di frutta fresca.

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen alles is Fussläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ist es weit genug von der Hauptstrasse entfernt das mann am Morgen die Vögel hören kann.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit auch durften wir am Abreisetag vor antritt der Nachtbusreise uns nochmals frisch machen.
Das Frühstück war auch toll.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ ringhörig, wie gesagt die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, und wir hatten auch glück mit den Nachbarn. Somit wars für uns kein Problem.
