Ägare som gjorde allt och lite till. Toppklass!
Pros:

Placerat perfekt i närheten till allt och lätt att ta sig till tours, aktiviteter och restauranger. Ägarna va helt underbara och hjälpte till med allt utan några problem. Samt lät oss förvara våra väskor under sista dagen när vi checkat ut.

Cons:

Det va lite svårt för bilar och ta sig in så när jag ska bli hämtad så måste man gå en liten bit, inte något som störde oss allt för mycket.

Pros:

This is a sweet cozy place, next to the lake but quiet. The bungalows are spacious and well designed. We enjoyed also the bicycle rental.

Fantastic staff, spotless rooms, brilliant location and excellent value for money - will definitely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with anything we needed. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went on our Ha Long Bay cruise, which made our trip so much easier. We returned and stayed another night!! The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well maintained, and the whole property had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and boat tours in Tam Coc, making it perfect for exploring the area. There are also adult and children’s e-bikes available to rent just up the road, which was a great way to get around and see the local sights. Excellent value for money and a perfect base for exploring Ninh Binh.

Really liked the location which was by the lake away from the main road so it was nice and quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Family were lovely and breakfast was great.

What a wonderful place to stay! You get the best of both worlds with the location—quiet and peaceful since it's at the end of the road, but still right near the heart of the action. Clean comfortable bungalows placed around a well maintained pool in a tasteful garden setting. Beyond the excellent value, what truly made our trip was the hospitality. Van Anh was incredibly accommodating, making us feel like a welcome part of the family. Oh, and the food? Every breakfast option was excellent, but the pho, noodles and banana /pineapple pancakes are 10/10 as is the coffee. We didn’t want to leave. Van Anh and her husband thank you again for a truly memorable stay. We will be back for sure !!
