El hotel está fenomenal situado, el personal es encantador, muy servicial, muy resolutivo. Solo estuvimos en el hotel durmiendo, no utilizamos ningún otro servicio, ni comimos allí.

The room has a good size. The location is great.

Cons:

I think the score will be better if the receptionists at night was more friendly. She was not making eye contact with us and did not even smile. It feels as if we aren’t welcome at all. Then the rooms didn’t have an ac. It would have been nice if there is an option to have a fan in the room. The facility may be old, but the staff’s kind of accommodation will really make or break them.
