Staff ; room; location; parking

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor.Spicy sausages 1st thing in the morning - not to everyone taste; scrambled eggs - watery and tepid ; no bacon - boiled ham should not be the subsitute ; toaster did not toast. All in all this spoiled a lovely break.

Great location, stylish quant hotel and friendly professional staff.
Pros:

Check in and check out were both handled very politely and efficiently and we were given an upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was superb both delicious and plentiful. Staff friendly although they need organising more efficiently as we had to wait ages for a second pot of coffee. The bar was friendly and staff helpful and polite. The grounds are extensive and well kept.

Cons:

At breakfast I noticed the staff were not assigned to particular tables so many walked past us without noticing our requests for help. There didn’t seem to be a proper system for serving the tables which would save time and provide better service.

Cons:

Un poco que no entendía muy bien cómo era la distribución y las habitaciones pero cuando encuentras por donde queda todo bien.

Bit disappointed. Had booked 2 nights as a treat but didn't get what I paid for.
Pros:

Comfortable spacious room. Spotless.

Cons:

No spare pillows in room. No tea/coffee making facilities, bar menu very limited, breakfast somewhat disorganised, ( some things on hot counter, some needed to be ordered from the kitchen and waiting made some foods go cold.)
