We would love to go and stay for an extended trip.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Lots of history. Friendly, couteous and helpful staff. Loved the hostess at the restaurant! Food was some of the best we had in the trip.

Very pleasant as always!
Pros:

Freshly cooked breakfast was fabulous! Also lovely granola with yoghurt and rhubarb were very tasty.

Cons:

Room was lovely and newly renovated. A rug beside the bed would have made it even cosier. The bed was very high for me - I’m 5 foot 1 - might be tricky for shorter people with any mobility issues. Was very comfy once I managed to get into it!

A relaxing stay in a beautiful old hotel with lots of Irish flavor.
Pros:

A lovely historic building in a perfect location—just steps away from the hustle and bustle so quiet at night. If you like modern hotels this is not for you. As in most old hotels in Ireland, no air conditioning—just a fan if you request it. The staff was excellent.

Pros:

De l'accueil avec le sourire et la prévenance du personnel à aider pour les bagages ou autre, à la chambre et ses équipements, sa vue, ses produits de luxe, son confort...sans oublier le restaurant ! N'hésitez pas! La proximité avec tous ce qu'il faut pour se détendre, faire du shopping, se cultiver...vraiment aucune hésitation !
Petit déjeuner peut être servi en chambre pour 10€ supplémentaires par personne.

Cons:

Le sans gêne d'hôtes qui à 4h40 passés ont bruyamment manifester leurs émotions dans le couloir, mais ça...l'hôtel n'y peut rien!

Disappointing.
Pros:

The property was very old and dated, and very much in need of an upgrade.

Cons:

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the hotel room and also a very bad smell of damp in the room.

We were also woken at 4.40 am by very loud arguing in the corridor.

Meget gode senger med dundyne. Et stort og romslig bad med god avstillingsplass for toalettsaker. Stort, lyst rom med sofa og stoler og utsikt til hagen. Meget god frokost. Vel verdt prisen.

Very comfortable rooms but need to work on Food options for guests
Pros:

The hotel is spotless clean. Bedrooms are so clean and unique and beds were so comfortable
Nice seating outside
Staff really friendly and spa and leisure centre was good
Breakfast was good great variety

Cons:

The bar menu s for day and evening was extremely poor and limited
Also the restaurant menu was expensive and limited
Both didn’t encourage us to eat at the hotel which was a big shame
