Pros:

Confortável e limpo. Chá, café, bebidas disponíveis gratuitamente na recepção é um gesto muito simpático!

Cons:

Escolhemos este Hotel por ser acessível a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. No entanto, o parque de estacionamento não é exclusivo do Hotel, e o lugar para deficientes estava sempre ocupado.

Adorei o Hotel e a Cidade.
Pros:

O Pequeno Almoço está excelente, podia ser até ás 11:00 horas, mas fiquei muito bem impressionado, com muita qualidade e variedade. Também nos quartos, uma simpatia as águas frescas, a máquina de café e cafeteira para chás, serviço de quartos em optimo nível. A cama excelente e o sil>êncio no nterior, convida a descanso. Recomendo

Cons:

Deve haver atenção aos lugares próximos para pessoas com deficiência, e devem pelo menos os funcionários do Hotel, e eu falo de um em particular, sujeito mal humurado, mais porteiro da noite, que estranhamente me disse, que os lugares de estacionamento não eram da responsabilidade do Hotel, se quisesse que chamasse a Polícia. Claro que eu sei do direito a chamar a Polícia, assim como quem estaciona nestes lugares, deve também saber que: - Éuma contraordenação grave em Portugal. A coima varia entre 60€ e 300€, inclui a perda de dois pontos na carta de condução e pode resultar na inibição de de 1 a 12 meses, além do risco de remoção da viatura. O "porteiro da noite " do Hotel, bem que pode meditar sobre isto. Enfim há pessoas que têm mais vocação para o que fazem e outros trabalham porque..., é para viver.

Miss the double bed and not that friendly receptionist
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms.

Cons:

I miss the double bed that was booked. The receptionist Gabriela wasn’t much friendly. Kept charging us and blocking us for breakfast which we didn’t even wanted. Looked like she didn’t want to sell but just want to charge which was very unpleasant.

The room was spacious, the view from the window nice, and the position optimal for reaching the university campus, but a bit far away from the city centre.

Cons:

On the last day, the air conditioning of the room had some issues that required the intervention of the reception twice.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Guimarães
Pros:

Quarto no tamanho ideal. Limpeza excepcional. Café da manhã excelente, com opções para intolerantes a lactose.

Cons:

Poderiam melhorar a iluminação do quarto e ter mais espaços para acomodar as bagagens.
