Pros:

the location is in the center Kuantan Town, so i shall give the credit. and also the Bell boy very helpfull to carry our bag to the room.

Cons:

Some of the wall sockets in the room were not functioning, while some appeared to have electrical power when switched on, which was concerning and should be checked for safety. The TV channel selection was quite limited.
After check-in, the receptionist forgot to return my IC. I only received it back when checking out. The hotel should ensure guests’ identification documents are returned promptly after the check-in process.
