Great location ample parking
Room was great nice facilities appreciated coffee pods in room and cookie
Lovely decor
Great croissant
Shower was a bit too hot in Croome room
Also in bathroom somewhere to put wash bag and other clothes when showering like a chair or shelf would be helpful
Staff were really friendly, room was very clean. Very accommodating for our dog. Location is perfect, shops practically next door and plenty of safe parking. Garden is lovely next to the river.
Not at all the fault of the hotel being in a heatwave but it was very hot due to the age of the building the windows dont open much but we had a fan which helped.
The location and staff
The food was mediocre. Some dishes were good others did not meet our expectations.
Our room Wyre Pickle smelt stale and very stuffy.
Location
Terrible bed
Friendly polite staff
The shower. We couldnt get it to work apparently you needed a knack
I liked the free parking that is a bonus today when many hotels add this as an expensive extra. Our room was exceptionally well equipped and spacious.....everything worked, the shower, the heating as very cold for June. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and it had a good atmosphere and was well attended. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Can't think of anything
Location
Check-in. Dinner was very good. Room was clean and comfortable, also larger than expected.
The Real Ale was like vinegar (Probably been left in the pipe and not pulled through). I don't think it had been tasted before start of service.
A clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly/helpful and the food was excellent.

Excellent location as my husband has mobility issues and everything was close by. We were given a ground floor room with accessible ensuite facilities. The hotel staff were extremely helpful.
Friendly personal welcome from reception staff. Character property with spacious room. Excellent home cooked food. Fan in room on the hottest day of the year.
Nothing
Lovely hotel, good quality, really nice room.
Lovely decor, very comfy beds, excellent food
Bit noisy if room faces the street
Gorgeous old building, smiling staff, loads of atmosphere. Comfortable seating for drinks or a read. Step out onto the High Street for cafes and eateries, right next to the Park and ancient Pershore Abbey. Definitely a 5 star stay.
