Unimpressive.
Pros:

Location in a very nice village. Parking availability good and safe.

Cons:

The bedroom was small and very warm. Small window with poor ventilation. This was the first hotel bedroom I have ever stayed in out many that had no hanging space for clothes. No wardrobe. Two hooks on the back of the door was all that was provided.
For the cost of the room this was astonishingly poor!
The waiting staff who served the evening meal were a disgrace. More interested in talking to their friends in the bar than serving…… very rude and disrespectful.

Stayed in your sister hotel the Diglis in Worcester paid £112 per night including breakfast.This was £165 with no breakfast
