The balo pera hotel

I booked this hotel one month before my arrival. Before making the reservation, I read many Google reviews, and based on them, I expected a decent place to stay.
However, about three weeks before my trip, I noticed several recent reviews mentioning dirty rooms, outdated facilities, broken bathrooms, and excessive noise. This concerned me, so I contacted the hotel and asked if I could cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, I never received any reply. This gave me the impression that they were simply ignoring my request rather than trying to help.
When I arrived, I was given Room 402, and it was even worse than I expected. The room was in very poor condition. The bed sheets had holes, the bathroom was damaged, and there was constantly water on the floor near the toilet. Everything looked old, neglected, and poorly maintained.
The worst part was the noise. It was almost impossible to sleep before 4:30 a.m. Every night was a struggle, and I could not sleep at all. A hotel should provide a comfortable place to sleep, but this place completely failed at that basic requirement.
The overall experience was so bad that I decided to leave two days earlier than planned. When I asked for my invoice during check-out, I had to wait for more than an hour. The staff initially refused to provide. It felt as if they did not want to give me any written proof of my stay. Eventually, I received the invoice, but the entire process was frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of time.
I also asked to speak with the manager or the person responsible, but I was told that he was sleeping. After everything that had happened, this response was unbelievable.
To make a long story short, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The poor condition of the room, the lack of cleanliness, the constant noise, the unhelpful staff, and the way my concerns were handled made this stay a complete disaster.

Purtroppo l'hotel è stata una grande delusione.. A parte il fatto che si trova Praticamente sopra tutti i locali quindi la notte è impossibile dormire perché non c'è una buona insonorizzazione delle stanze e le finestre sono vecchie di legno e passa ogni tipo di rumore.. e vi giuro che lì c'è casino fino alle 4:00 di mattina..
le stanze sono molto datate il bagno addirittura aveva la tavoletta rotta abbiamo trovato un asciugamano con un buco enorme L'ascensore non ha la porta scorrevole che si chiude e a livello di sicurezza non penso proprio sia una cosa che si possa fare la colazione molto misera e in un ambiente non del tutto pulito la stessa ragazza che prepara la colazione poi fa anche la pulizia delle stanze onestamente per il prezzo che ho pagato io non lo consiglierei

Baterie baie stricata, presiune mica la apa, la bucatarie robinetul era stricat, nu am putut sa-l folosim. Aerul conditionat nu avea telecomanda. Intr-una din camere nu am avut furtun la dus. Micul dejun este sarac in alimente, fara legume. Muzica se aude de la terasele din jur foarte tare, pana la 4-5 dimineata.

Это самое худшее, что я видел. Абсолютно жуткий отель. В этом же здании расположен ночной клуб. Всю ночь музыка долбила так, что было похоже на пытки.

Toilet seat was not attached. Asked to be fixed but took 2 days. Pictures on the website did not match the room or expected breakfast. Noise from the local bars went almost all night.

Scarsa pulizia, colazione deludente. Musica altissima fino alle 4 del mattino. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile ma l'intera struttura avrebbe necessità di una ristrutturazione

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα απαράδεκτο. Ένας στενός διάδρομος για ρεσεψιόν και βρώμικα δωμάτια με μούχλα στο μπάνιο. Στην περιοχή βρίσκονται club με ζωντανή μουσική που την ακούς μέσα στο δωμάτιο σαν να είσαι στο ίδιο το club. Όταν έκανα παράπονα στην διεύθυνση στις 3:15 τα ξημερώματα μου είπαν πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα. Φυσικά αυτό ήταν ψέμα καθώς υπάρχουν κανόνες για την δυνατή μουσική μετά τις 12 η ώτα τα μεσάνυχτα. Την επόμενη μέρα αναγκάστηκα να φύγω καθώς δεν μπορέσαμε να ξεκουραστουμε την νύχτα. Η διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου φυσικά αρνήθηκε να μου επιστρέψει τα χρήματα για τις υπόλοιπες ημέρες της κράτησης, αν και ουσιαστικά δεν παρείχαν τις υπηρεσίες ξενοδοχείου που θα έπρεπε, με την αστεία δικαιολογία ότι λυπούνται που δεν αντέξαμε την ζωντανη ατμόσφαιρα της περιοχής 😅. Θεωρώ ότι είναι και ευθύνη του Booking.com που έχει μια τέτοια καταχώρηση στην εφαρμογή του, παρά τα συνεχή παράπονα των πελατών του ξενοδοχείου αυτού. Ένα θέλετε να ησυχάστε το βράδυ μην επιλέξετε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να ανεβάσω εδώ το video που ακούγεται η ένταση της μουσικής.

Δεν κοιμηθήκαμε ούτε λεπτό γιατί τα δωμάτια είναι ακριβώς δίπλα σε χώρο με ζωντανή μουσική. Και δεν υπήρχε καθόλου μόνωση!!!! Ήταν λες και κοιμόμασταν μέσα στο κλαμπ.
Φύγαμε την επόμενη μέρα κι ας είχαμε πληρώσει για 3 μερες

Ubehagelig oplevelse med en kvinde der blev udnyttet, eller udsat for overgreb på tilstødende værelse af person tilknyttet hotellet.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel, there's a club next to it and you won't sleep until 5am.

Грязь, вонь, антисанитария. В номере грязнейший санузел, все краны болтаются и в налете. Стены грязные, постельное белье с пятнами, и из разных комплектов, плинтуса отваливаются, очень шумно, при том что номер был категории делюкс.

Séjour très décevant.
Des bars à proximité diffusent de la musique très forte bien après minuit, rendant le sommeil impossible.
Le problème a été signalé à la réception, qui a confirmé que le bruit était permanent et qu’aucune solution (y compris changement de chambre) n’était possible.
J’ai été contraint de quitter l’établissement.
Malgré plusieurs démarches, aucune réponse de l’hôtel à ce jour concernant le remboursement des nuits non consommées.

The property is really modest . The stairs are very difficult to go up , and save light system are not helping to see the steps, because some areas are dark.The bathroom is really small. They have a heater at the entrance , and my husband’s jacket was burn on his back when he stand up In that tiny space to go up to the room, just for a moment. Very dangerous !!!

Discoteca en la parte inferior y pub con música en vivo, imposible dormir, no limpian las habitaciones y estuvimos cuatro noches con las sábanas rotas
