Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The toilet was dirty, with a clump of hair found in the shower area, and the toilet bowl was also not clean. The water pressure was very low, which made showering uncomfortable. The bedsheet also had visible dirty spots.
The room phone was not working, and the door was faulty, so I had to call a technician late at night to fix it. The breakfast was also below expectations and not very tasty.
Overall, considering the price paid, the hotel is not value for money. There are too many issues with cleanliness, facilities and service. I would not recommend this hotel.

The carpet needs to be replaced immediately and the bathroom needs to be cleaned.

Cons:

There is no hair dryer & iron with iron board in the room.

The room has an unpleasant smell, maybe they should put air freshener.

the air cond was not cold, they changed my room, thank you.

L'hôtel est très bien , .Grand hall, du marbre partout, personnel très serviable et à l'écoute
Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet

Pros:

I love how the staffs are so considerate. They said, we may be disturbed by noise (they are repairing something i guess). They arent sure if we are affected but just to prevent from being disturbed, our room has been upgraded. All staffs are good btw.

Real bad experience

nothing. cuma at least ada peti ais je.

Cons:

dua2 bilik berbau lama. pemandangan tak menarik. sbb dah bayar full, tak bagi cancel yg lagi 2 hari. kalau nak tukar bilik lagi selesa, kena add utk upgrade bilik. kami cari hotel lain. sengaja check out next day, tgok2 bilik tu air aircond bocor. time check out pulak bg resit dgn kunci untuk minta balik deposit, yg di tangan diorg hilang, so lama pulak kena tunggu. overall tak paham mcm mana hotel ni dapat 4 bintang.
