Bien situado y excelente en su categoría
Pros:

Muy bien situado, Al lado del centro pero no dentro y por ello fácilmente accesible. Habituación cómoda y espaciosa. Perfecto descanso. La recepción no es 24h pero el personal es muy amable y facilitan todo co.n antelación.

La estancia fue genial y tanto Nayra como María fueron muy simpáticas. La habitación 21 cumplió con todas mis expectativas.

Cons:

Originalmente cuando hicimos la reserva (meses atrás) la persona que nos atendió en recepción fue muy desagradable y bastante poco resolutiva. Acabamos teniendo problemas con la reserva por seguir sus consejos en la plataforma de booking y cuando la llamamos de nuevo para pedirla ayuda nos informó de que la quedaban 10 minutos para su hora de salida, indicándonos que llamásemos otro día porque no nos iba a ayudar en ese momento. Al día siguiente hablamos con Nayra (que atendía recepción en ese momento) y nos solucionó todos los problemas del día anterior.

Бронировали на одну ночь, чтобы посмотреть Севилью, причем бронировали не сильно заранее и в связи с этим многого не ожидали. Отель превзошел ожидания! К дате приезда стало понятно, что на наши даты выпадет сильная жара (+43 по цельсию), но сотрудники отеля заботливо оставили в номере кондиционер работающим и оставили воду в холодильнике. У нас был медовый месяц, о чем мы предупредили при бронировании и было очень приятно, что отель нас поздравил и даже оставил небольшой комплимент! В номере было очень чисто, имеется чайник и чай-кофе. Расположение отличное! Даже в такую жару мы обошли все достопримечательности пешком, а живописный район Санта-Круз вообще через дорогу. Отель заботливо предоставил лист рекомендаций с кафе и ресторанами, мы были в La Bartola и остались очень довольны обедом.
