Overpriced for such a bland room. No micro no fridge- just a bed tv and chair. When I got there, I was told a different prize than the price with Booking.com. Also, the manager that was on duty was very carefree with assisting me. He wasn’t nice. He wasn’t smiling. It was not a very inviting warm social scene. He made me feel less than when I asked if I could make a split payment because the price wasn’t the amount I was told through Booking.com.- also the restaurant downstairs is very expensive… I’m from Texas and we are very friendly people and we are very budget friendly people so obviously I felt out of place because this was way above my pay scale. …. And that’s on me.

The biggest issue was the outsourced laundry service. My laundry was late several times, and one pair of pants was damaged. Because the service is outsourced, trying to resolve problems was complicated and frustrating. I eventually gave up, and no compensation was offered.

The hotel also initially refused to provide an invoice and referred me to Booking.com instead. After lengthy back-and-forth with both Booking.com and the hotel, the hotel eventually provided it. This was extremely frustrating and wasted a considerable amount of my time.

The staff were often difficult to find, and calls to the front desk frequently went unanswered.

The parking can be tricky in respect to the valet and the parking structure. I was lucky to find parking directly across the street from the hotel.

The rate was nearly $380/night (including tax), which seemed high. But considering the location, quality, and day I booked, I suppose I understand the higher rate to an extent.
When I booked, I don't recall it being clear that the "available secured parking" was a nearby pay parking garage and not an on-site hotel lot. I was initially irritated by this, but the garage ended up being just behind the hotel, and there was plenty of available space inside.
There are just some nit-picky things regarding the room, and it's mainly the bathroom. There weren't any facial tissues, which I typically find available in most hotel bathrooms. The toilet paper was one ply, and for the rate, I was expecting a bit more comfort in that area! The shower was huge and easy to step into, but with the way the glass doors were designed, water inevitably got all over the floor, making it necessary to use one of the available towels as a floor mat of sorts. I didn't notice it until just before leaving, but there were spots on the wall next to the sink. Not sure what it was (something sprayed/splattered), but it was missed in the cleaning, I guess.

I liked everything.
