The restaurant. The food was good. Dinner service wasnt good. Food was very backed up

Pros:

It is nice area

Cons:

I did not have any shampoo, body wash in the dispensers. Also closet sliding door was not working and could not get the iron and ironing board. Not a good experience from a 4 star hotel.

Great location, stylist, comfortable bed and linens
Pros:

Location can’t be beat. Stylish.

Cons:

No pool or hot tub. Not clear on listing they would t have this. Also no fridge in room.

Pros:

The friendliness of the staff was beyond my expectations. I had a few requests and they always accommodated each of my requests, which included getting a toothpaste after midnight (I realized too late that I forgot it), checking out a few hours after the checkout time because my flight was around 10pm, getting a water boiler into my room, etc. Thank you for accommodating my requests and making my stay so convenient!

Worth the price for cleanliness, safety and convenience
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, great location.

Cons:

Pricey. Front desk staff and restaurant/bar servers seemed completely uninterested in creating a friendly atmosphere.

Generally a good, well located hotel.
Pros:

Generally nice property: helpful staff.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of service my entire stay which led to some dealys, although it wasn;t terrible

Pros:

The location was great for us as we were going to the Obama Center.

Cons:

The mattresses were old with deep ruts and were uncomfortable. I changed rooms to get a bed in better condition and found the bed in the new room to be in the same condition as the bed in the room I had left. Staff acted surprised at my request to change rooms but when I showed them a picture of the bed they offered a new room but the bed in the new room was no better. Others must have complained about the bed and I didn't appreciate being made to feel as though my complaint was the first they had had on this issue.
