Confirmed booking, but we were left stranded outside
Cons:

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a booked accommodation.

We had a confirmed reservation and arrived in the evening after a long journey through Germany, travelling with our two dogs. When we reached the property, we discovered that it was locked and we were unable to get in. We tried repeatedly to contact the property but received no response and were simply left outside with nowhere to stay.

What made the situation particularly unacceptable was that it was already late, we had two dogs with us, and we were relying on this accommodation as an overnight stop before continuing our journey to England. We had no choice but to start searching for emergency accommodation at the last minute, which was extremely stressful and resulted in significant additional costs.

Problems can happen, but leaving guests with a confirmed booking stranded outside and being completely unreachable is simply not acceptable. At the very least, there should have been clear check-in instructions or someone available to assist us.

Based on our experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property. If you are relying on it as an overnight stop during a long journey, I would strongly suggest having an alternative plan.

Benieuwd naar hoe het wordt.
Pros:

De kamer was prima, al had een beter 3de bed een pre geweest.

Cons:

Dat het hotel in onderhoud was. Onbijt was niet mogelijk want de samenwerking met het restaurant bleek niet meer te bestaan dit was sinds 01-07-2026 gesloten. We hadden practisch gezien het gehele pand aan onszelf.

Rigtig flot lejlighed, god seng, p lige ved døren.

Stor flot lejlighed med køkken, ligger central

Cons:

Trotz bestätigter Vorbuchung und vorheriger Zahlung war unser gebuchtes Deluxezimmer nicht mehr frei, sondern durch Doppelbuchung gerade an jemanden anders vergeben worden. Es gab nur ein kleines Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad über den Flur. Sehr merkwürdig, keine Entschuldigung bzw. Klärung, ausser vermeintlicher Internetabsturz. Ebenfalls keine Möglichkeit das Restaurant bzw. Frühstück zu nutzen ( anscheinend Krankheitsfall). Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und in keinem Fall stimmt dies für ein kundenfreundliches "sleep and eat". Bin gespannt, ob das Hotel zumindest zügig den Differenzbetrag erstattet.....

War ein entspannender Aufenthalt…gerne wieder.

Gestaltung, Aussehen, Frühstück, Personal

Cons:

Schwaches Wifi und Smart TV der mit schwachen WiFi halt nicht fließend funktioniert….soll allerdings schnellstmöglich behoben werden.
Mobilfunknetz, bei mir Telekom, ist völlig ok.

zentrale Lage mit bequemen Betten
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Für das leibliche Wohl wird direkt im Umfeld gesorgt. Die Frühstücksplatte lies auch keine Wünsche offen und Extras wären auch jeder noch möglich gewesen.
