Pros:

We got upgraded to suites - one was decorated like a Nizami bedchamber and was a real experience. The staff even had a special cake for us on check out. Really good service.

My father and I visited Hyderabad on a short break to see the city and enjoy the cuisine. As the reviews for the Park Hotel were so good I booked our stay without hesitation and we were absolutely delighted. All staff members were so welcoming and warm, right from the moment you enter the hotel the security checking staff, main door staff - so polite, kind and helpful.

At reception Naushad, Arif and team were very kind to help with sightseeing tips and how to go about travelling around in the city.
We were offered a welcome drink from the cute coffee cart when we arrived which was nice, but after that we were offered a voucher for another welcome drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) during happy hour at the Sicca Bar with complimentary snacks.

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely lake view, breakfast was very good with a huge choice. The free wifi worked very well throughout the hotel. I used the gym on one of the mornings and it was well equipped with all the machines you would need for a good workout.

The team at Verandah, Aish and Sicca were super kind, we were taken care of like we were special family members, the care and attention was exceptional. India is well known for gracious hospitality, but we have never experienced anything like this in any of the hotels we have visited before. Nancy, Sungjem, Anusha, Manisha, Vani, Anitha, Avinash, Abdul, Preeti, Rimpa, Jaganath & ArunKumari and the team at the Park Hotel we would like to say a big thank you for making our visit a memorable one. We do not have any future plans of visiting Hyderabad again soon but because of your team and the exceptional service we would love to plan another visit again.

A great stay
Pros:

I want to put on record the names of the following housekeeping staff Ghariya, Sagar and their manager Mr. Biswajeet Mohanty for ensuring the spic and span cleaning and supervising hygienic cleaning in my room for the duration of my stay. My overall experience was awesome and would look forward to my next visit to Hyderabad.

Cons:

The food quality especially the "veg kofta" which I was ordered via in room dining was atrocious. Food preparation quality has scope for improvement.
