The staff are very professional and great communication.
Pros:

The breakfast is great . Staff assisted well for breakfast, check in and check out. If you stay in the park you should look for heena, madhumita, mahesh, abhishek, shovan, they are very professional and exceptional service.

The stay was very good, will surely recommend and consider for next as well.
Pros:

The hospitality is good with nice staff. The breakfast has a nice spread. The interiors are cozy. The room is very neat. And the booking price is very attractive, so will be considering the facility for next visit as well.

Cons:

Early check-in was not provided.. couple of more water bottles could have been better ( to be fair, we didn't request for extra bottles though). A shaving kit in the bathroom could have made it complete. And the room size could have been slightly bigger for a luxury double bed room

But one suggestion to improve check-in time keep more staff at Reception in busy times
Booked 3 rooms but allotted only one by 3 pm another at 4 and last at 5 pm

Cons:

pool was full of tissue paper in morning, on sunday also there was no staff to clean pool. Be careful while using lift. sensor of lift door did not work as expected.
