4 out 5, overall good with a couple of small hiccups.
Pros:

Breakfast and overall room condition was good. Room service was good.

Cons:

A couple of times had a feeling that the staff was pushing to be kind and friendly. Room was spacious but a bit old, diв not used the wardrobe as it looks dirty.

Pros:

Our two night stay was very comfortable. Receptionist Anushka was very helpful and co-operative. Some discount vouchers on drinks and spa was also provided by her though due to shortage of time could not avail any of them. Overall it was a very good experience.

Had a wonderful stay at The Park Hyderabad. The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere with beautiful interiors and excellent hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The location is also convenient for exploring the city. Hoteö wa okau but environmet is mega landfill. Shit and carpage everywhere. Smell of carpage is coling to the hotel. Most awfull environment I have ever seen. Full of shit.

Pros:

The property is really nice and it’s always my preferred stay in Hyderabad. Amazing hospitality and great food and love music experience at Aqua. The receptionists are also really sweet. Heena at the reception was really helpful in making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth.

It was pleasant overall, but the experience could have been much better with more efficient service.
Cons:

We recently stayed at The Park Hyderabad with our family, and while the property itself was decent, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing.

The front desk reception staff were quite inefficient. Even after arriving on time, we had to wait nearly two hours to get our room. We could also see several other guests waiting for check-in, which clearly showed that the process was not being managed properly.

There seemed to be no proper communication or coordination among the staff while allocating rooms, leading to a lot of confusion at the reception. It honestly felt like there was no proper system in place to handle guest check-ins smoothly.

What made the experience more frustrating was the absence of any proper grievance or escalation line to address guest concerns during the delay.

We hope the hotel improves its front desk management and customer handling, as it significantly affects the overall guest experience.
