Room is big and the bathroom was so big and big screen tv
Don't have cupboard to hang your clothes and also don't place to hang your towel..and every time you go out from the hotel, you need handover the room key to the reception and collect back when return

沒什麼缺點
The room was very clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and plenty of space in the shower. It worked well for us as a couple staying one night before our flight, and the location was convenient for a short stay.
The hotel is on a busy street, so it may not be the best choice for people looking for a quiet or traditional hotel atmosphere. Since it is more of a love hotel style, it might feel a bit unusual if you are not expecting that.

Great location right next to Kabukicho, with a comfy bed and a nice hot bath. There's beer and other beverages in the fridge that can be withdrawn for a small price per beverage, which you'll be billed for at checkout with no extra work on your part. This can be done with the push of a button, unlike other love hotels where beverages can require small coins on hand.
The staff didn't speak English at all, and all the room instructions and menus are in Japanese only. This isn't a critique of the hotel, but things like checking in and out could be harder if you don't speak or read Japanese. If you leave the hotel and come back, you're supposed to leave your key at the front desk. Just a heads-up.

普段らぶほだからか態度悪すぎ。笑
なら対面のホテル代わりにしてないでそのままらぶほにしといてください。お風呂も髪の毛絡まってて気持ち悪かったです。
Chambre très spacieuse et plein de produits de beauté à disposition.
La taille du lit gigantesque (king size), bonne literie.
Thé, cafe, micro-ondes, frigo..très appréciable.
La réalité des finitions de la chambre par rapport aux photos booking... Ce fait pas du tout "luxueux" comme sur les images ! Sol rayé, plafond qui laisse à désirer.., taches.. traces de doigts sur l'écran de la t.v. Occultations des vitres usées..
La salle de bain n'invite pas du tout à y passer du temps (vieillot).
Ça ne faisait pas très propre.
