Bruges Charm
Pros:

Location was supreme. Close to everything but on a quiet street and away from the crowds. The building was charming and the room beautiful & comfortable.

Cons:

Room was warm the first night and AC was taking a long time to be effective, the front desk had not fans on hand to assist. Next night, with window open was much better

Boutique Hotel De Castillion is a wonderful place to stay and the staff are so warm and welcoming.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. You had so many choices to pick from, and they served from 8:30-10:30. Perfect location and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfect respite for visiting Bruges!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect - in a quiet but easily accessible, walkable area. The front desk gentleman went above and beyond to recommend and guide us for places to visit, eat and roam. The hotel itself is very unique in structure being an old castle that has been converted. The decor is refined, fresh & modern and our room was delightful! I always look for a tub and this bath tub was deep and luxurious for a relaxing bath every night! The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast spread is quite generous and they are helpful if you want something not provided. Staff is gracious and kind. We will definitely return to stay again.

Great place and location!
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Loved the outdoor courtyard ambiance with fountain while birds singing, location to town, charm of the room. Bed was super comfy, well maintained property. Super cool small bar near lobby, very cozy and cool. Highly recommend this place!

Cons:

We had a shower/tub combo. However, there should have been a large arching shower rod with decorative curtain. The water from the shower sprayed all over the floor after every shower.

Excellent, James, receptionst and staff amazing! Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is exceptional. The family run hotel is very special and it sets it apart from other hotels we have stayed in Brugge.

Cons:

The only negative is that I think they could clean the courtyard furniture from bird poo more regularly the chairs were often too dirty to sit on and the garden is a special place to sit so this would make it better.
