Great stay, excellent customer service
Pros:

Very friendly staff, and clean rooms

Cons:

Very minor but it appears keys have been changed around and we didn’t receive the correct one for the outer door. However staff were very quick to respond to this. Also, leaky shower/ sinks which made the bathroom floor very wet.

Dobra lokalizacja - świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic. Komfortowy parking. W barze pyszne jedzenie i duże porcje. Dodatkowo codziennie jest inna promocja na posiłek z napojem.
Kontynentalne śniadanie jest wystarczające - owsianka, płatki z mlekiem, batony i owoce. W łazience czekały na nas ręczniki i mini kosmetyki.
W pokoju jest zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty.
Dostawka dla czwartej osoby dorosłej spełniła swoje zadanie - to pełnowymiarowe łóżko pojedyncze.
Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Cons:

Nie można było obniżyć słuchawki prysznicowej i trochę chlapała woda podczas mycia.

Déception totale.
Pros:

Possibilité de stationner facilement et gratuitement dans la cour arrière avec accès direct aux chambres ; l'emplacement permet un accès assez rapide à la côte

Cons:

on aurait pu apprécier si le prix de la chambre avait été en rapport ! un peu cher pour 4 lits entassés dans une chambre et un petit déjeuner "compris" qui se résume à quelques trucs à disposition sur le palier des chambres, ce n'est pas de l'hôtellerie, c'est juste rentabiliser des chambres au-dessus du bar ... bref on y passe la nuit et on enchaine, après cela peut satisfaire si on aime l'ambiance bar pour le soir, mais on ne peut pas vraiment parler d'accueil quasiment inexistant.

Pros:

Location was fine for our needs and there was a good selection of local beers, Bar meals were very good with a number of meal deals which were good value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast was not available, just a few breakfast bars and fruit, a full breakfast would have been nice but did not spoil our stay in any form

Great location to explore area at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Breakfast was a free buffet with lots of selection.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Great location for exploring the area. Visited numerous National Trust gardens and beaches from here.
Parking free.
Lovely food on the menu with generous portions.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything.

Great location for stithians where the fisherman’s friends festival was being held.
Pros:

Location was good for stithians where the festival was and we visited a few local places. Staff were friendly and anything we asked about was provided, room was comfy with a street view. There was a local shop and fish and chip shop across the road we ate 1 night in the pub which was good food

Overpriced, would not return
Pros:

The property was clean enough and staff were fairly helpful, but would not recommend for the price we paid.

Cons:

Completely overpriced and unfairly marketed. It’s on a busy main road above a pub, it’s not a hotel at all, there was no breakfast, poor facilities, no privacy or sound insulation etc. Fine if marketed as a room above a pub and was more honest but was not 120 quids worth of accommodation. Explained this to the helpful staff who agreed the owner had agreed to give a discount, but this never materialised and then was denied when I followed up so ended up with £20 off for 3 night stay which was not what was agreed and nowhere near sufficient. Suggest being more clear with the marketing and bringing prices down to make it fair to future customers.
