Comodidad, amabilidad y tranquilidad!
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación por lo central y cercano a todos los sitios turístico y a la estación de Sao Bento, con facilidad de transporte. La recepción muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a dar solución a cualquier inquietud. EL desayuno tipo Buffet excelente, variado con productos propios de la ciudad (pastel de nata y pastel bacalao). la habitación cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

Para fortalecer el servicio, la posibilidad de televisión por cable. No logramos ver partidos del mundial.

Boa localização. Bom preço/qualidade
Pros:

Os quartos eram confortáveis, aparentemente limpo também. Não olhamos muito visto que ficamos apenas uma noite. A localização é excelente, mesmo ao lado da avenida dos aliados.

Cons:

O check-in era às 14h, mas chegamos de manhã e conseguimos deixar as malas e até aí tudo bem. Depois voltamos 13:40h para arrumar coisas na mala e disseram nos que o quarto ainda não estava pronto e pra voltarmos mais tarde. Só faltavam 20min para o check-in. Penso que as 14h o quarto ainda não estaria pronto, acabamos por voltar só a noite.

Great stay!
Pros:

What a wonderful 3 nights my son and I had at the hotel. All the staff were very welcoming, especially Gabriel, the concierge. He provided us with many destinations to visit. We were right in the center of town with fabulous restaurants and bars nearby. It was a quiet, comfortable stay.
