Vackra byggnader och vacker miljö, nära ringmuren. Fina nyrenoverade rum, god frukost och gott om parkering.

Good to look at but disappointing experience
Pros:

General surroundings were lovely and the building itself was beautiful as well as clean
Breakfast had a great variety of food and drink
Morning restaurant staff were wonderful and the member of staff on reception (Breanna) was lovely
Room was spacious with good lighting

Cons:

Whilst location was great for short walk to city - the walk involved a steep climb up lots of stairs (not great if unsteady on feet)
Restaurant staff in the evening weren't very welcoming or polite - when booked into the restaurant for evening meal we were ignored for around 30 minutes... and then when we got up to go into town instead there was still no effort or apology.
Evening man on front desk was not overly friendly either when we checked asked to check billing on our room
Whilst the building is amazing - a little disjointed as not clear where things are, or opening times and availability (particularly the bar to be able to get drinks to take to the room as only 1 bottle of sparkling water provided) so had to take a walk to the petrol station back on the main road.

Het hotel is prachtig als het gaat om de zalen, maar de kamer vonden we gedateerd en erg gehorig.

Cons:

Gehorig, interieur kamer, geen koffie met gebak kunnen bestellen op het terras. Alleen koffie was mogelijk dat vonden we merkwaardig.

Kiváló helyen, gyönyörű szálloda, de a szoba csalódás.
Pros:

Az óvároshoz közel található kastélyszálló, amely szépen berendezett. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli finom és választékos volt.

Cons:

A szoba nem tükrözi a szálloda fenséges voltát. Az ágykeretbe besüllyedt a matrac, a fürdőszoba a szobából egy leválasztott kis helyiség.

Wer auf ein ordentliches Frühstück wenig Wert legt ist hier gut aufgehoben!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage im Taubertal!
Absolut ruhig!
Hervorragende Küche und kompetentes Personal beim Abendessen.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück passt nicht ansatzweise zur Preisklasse des Hotels. Ebenso war der junge Mann am Empfang ziemlich lustlos und gleichgültig. Die Reservierung für das Abendessen zu bekommen erforderte schon recht viel Überzeugungsarbeit. So arbeiten Saboteure aber keine vernünftigen Angestellten!

Fun stay in a “castle” accommodation!
Pros:

It was fun staying in a “castle” type accommodation! It was a unique experience. The room was very comfy & had what you needed. It was about a 10-15 walk into the heart of town - up some stairs but a beautiful walk. The breakfast was good.

Die Lage, das Haus selbst und all die wunderschöne Verzierungen im Haus sind unschlagbar

Cons:

Das Waschbecken ist etwas klein und eine Ablagemõglichkeit für Kleidung im Bad wäre schön.

Pros:

Išskirtinis viešbutis autentiškame pastate, patogu pasiekti senamiestį laiptais per parką tik 7 min. Puikūs pusryčiai,originaliai įrengti kambariai.Tikrai dar kartą rinkčiausi šitą viešbutį.Miestas taip pat primentis pasaką.

Cons:

WCpatalpa įrengta aukščiau ,todėl išeinant iš jos reikia žengti laipteliu žemyn- galėtų būti pažymėta, nes pasimiršta. Kiek minkštoki čiužiniai.
