Pros:

Historic beautiful buildings and setting, easy access to main village or river trails. Helpful staff, luggage storage and great breakfast.

Cons:

As a solo traveler It was a little eerie to be in a grand facility but with few people and activity. For public transportation users, The stairs were easy access to village but may be challenging with luggage other than backpack.

Belle chambre, logement atypique, délicieux petit déjeuner, emplacement proche du centre historique, nous avons passé un bon moment.

Cons:

Le lieu est calme, mais le bâtiment est ancien, si des enfants se réveille tôt au-dessus de vous, c'est la vie ;)

Beautiful historical bldg. comfortable bed. Room was large with nice big windows that opened for fresh air. This setting is deep in a woods next to the walled city. Plenty of wonderful ambiance. Typical German breakfast-nothing special or unique. reception staff were bilingual and very helpful except giving me a confusing map to my room

Cons:

In fairness I should have investigated the setting better. While close to the city, not in the city and frankly quite difficult to find. It’s down in a ravine in the woods. You cane drive there but if you are walking you will encounter 178 steep steps down into the property. All aside doors are locked so you must navigate around the. Leg from the street to the front door. I ,issued the sign, which just looked like an advertisement, at the front gate and ended up walking most of the old city looking for it. Be forewarned. The crooked streets here befuddle your gps. If you have mobility issues or are travelling with a lot of luggage take a taxi do not walk. Getting in and out of the city each day required those stairs. Also being an old historical property the floors are uneven. I was given a room behind the “theatre” and a confounding property map. Walked out a wrong door and it locked behind me with no way out! Fortunately someone came walking by and I was able to pound on the door and get back in. Nowhere in the map did it say to walk THROUGH the ballroom to get to me room. Very challenging to find my room

Frühstück war vollständig und sehr gut, sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit war top, Außenanlage war sehr schön

Cons:

Zimmer haben den Charme eines Sanatoriums, das ist möglicherweise so beabsichtigt, war aber von uns nicht erwartet, die Anreise ist etwas unübersichtlich und mühsam, hat dann nach etwas Suche aber mit Hilfe des Personals gut geklappt

El sitio es espectacular, es estar en un castillo. Por la experiencia, vale la pena.

Cons:

El desayuno y la habitación bastante sencillos para el sitio que es. De noche, está poco iluminado si vuelves andando del pueblo.
