Sehr schönes Hotel mit spannender Geschichte.Aussergewöhnliche Lage, wunderschöner Park an der Tauber ,romantische Sitzplätze unter einem Wandelgang.Wunderschöbe Sääle- gutes Frühstück! Entspannter Weg , ca 10 Min nach Rothenburg.Parkplatz kostenlos am Hotel.Sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal!
Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer - für eine Nacht sehr gut.
Insgesamt sehr aussergwöhnlich - vielen Dank!

Een grote ontgoocheling, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Bijzondere ligging in een verzorgd park vlakbij het stadscentrom

Cons:

Het personeel vd receptie was beneden alle peil, de eerste indruk was zonder meer negatief. Het hotel is een ware doolhof en de klant dient dan ook beter geinformeerd worden. Het feit dat we geen Duits spreken speelde niet in ons voordeel bij personeel dat amper een andere taal spreekt was allesbehalve klantvriendelijk
Bovendien moesten we het stellen met een veel te klein bed(zgn twijfelaar) dat bovendien vlak tegen een schuinoplopende wand was geplaatst. Een matrasbreedte van min.160 is een absolute min vereiste. Ons verblijf was dan ook een heel grote ontgoocheling 😡

Sehr schönes Hotel, für Fotos geeignet
Pros:

Das Hotel beeindruckte durch sein außergewöhnliches Aussehen, sowie von innen und außen. Es war eine Reise in die Vergangenheit. Das Frühstück erfüllte alle Wünsche. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings entspricht es nicht mehr den heutigen Standard.Ein sehr schönes altes gepflegtes Haus mit einer außerordentlichen Parkanlage. Sehr zu empfehlen für Fotos.

Cons:

Der Standard des Zimmer ist nicht zeitgemäß. Es gibt keinen Fernseher und eine nachträglich eingebaute Dusche mit Toilette. Handwaschbecken befindet sich im Zimmer.

Schönes Haus mit großem Mangel
Pros:

Der Gebäudekomplex ist faszinierend. Die Lage im Park perfekt. Die Nähe zur Altstadt bewährt sich wenn auch Kondition nötig ist um die Stufen hoch zu laufen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist jetzt nicht überragend bezüglich Auswahl. Der Preis ist vergleichsweise mit Top Frühstücksbuffets meiner Meinung dann doch zu hoch.
Das absolute Minus war bei unserem Aufenthalt das Abend angebotene Caf‘e . Sollte laut an der Rezeption einsehbarer Onlinepräsentation (Kaffee, Kuchen) Wochentags bis 21:30 geöffnet haben. War es auch. Doch der „ Barkeeper“ hat uns leider sehr unhöflich hinaus komplimentiert. „Gibt keinen Kaffee und schon gar keinen Kuchen“. Die folgende Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde zwar vernommen. Der Café Angestellte auch zur Rede gestellt aber seine Reaktion mit „das Hochfahren der Kaffeemaschine dauert ihm zu lange. Dazu hat er keine Lust“ schlichtwegs akzeptiert! Kommentar: „ Er ist heute schon den ganzen Tag zickig“ Also kein Kaffee, kein Kuchen.
Meine Empfehlung: Personalwechsel! Als GAST fühlt man sich hier unerwünscht. Sorry absolutes NOGO.

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien, au calme, à proximité de la ville (surtout si l'on connait le "passage secret" qui vous fait gagner du temps pour accéder à la ville en passant par le 7ème étage (près dla chapelle). De là, il faut monter pas mal de marches d'escalier en extérieur mais cela évite de marcher sur la route sur près de 750 mètres. Les lits sont confortables, le personnel aimable et serviable. Le cadre semble hors du temps.

Cons:

Le seul "bémol" est le petit-déjeuner qui reste bon mais qui, pour un établissement tel que celui-là, pourrait être mieux fournis. Par exemple : des oeufs mais pas de bacon. Ou encore pas de poissons. Et si il est ouvert jusqu'à 10h00, dès 9h20, s'il n'y a plus de croissants, et bien, vous devrez vous en passez. Mais hormis cela, c'est un endroit superbe.

Pros:

O hotel é lindíssimo e está muito bem localizado para quem deseja visitar o centro histórico. O café da manhã é variado e com ótimas opções. O quarto era confortável.

Cons:

Não nos incomodou, mas apenas a título de auxiliar outros viajante: a maior parte dos quartos tem acesso por escadas. O acesso à cidade a pé, também requer uma caminhada/subida de escadas.
