Pros:

Super Lage, schönes ruhiges Hotel. Einziges Manko: keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber ein Ventilator auf dem Zimmer. Insgesamt aber alles sehr gut

Our room was the very best of all lodgings, with the right furnishings placed for comfort.

Bamberg is a wonderful old town, and Hotel Martin am Dom matched its charm. I'd pre-arranged an early check-in so we could explore the town. The receptionist was ready, accommodating, and explained parking. Our room was the very best of all lodgings, with the right furnishings placed for functional comfort. Breakfast was wonderful!

Cons:

My car's GPS had difficulty navigating us to the hotel. Navigating under the Bamberg Dom and through very narrow streets, some one-way and others pedestrian-only, was difficult for an American. Forewarnings from the Hotel would have been helpful.

Ein wirklich ideales Hotel für einen Besuch in Bamberg
Pros:

Zuerst: perfekte Lage nur ein paar Meter vom Dom entfernt. Das Personal des Hauses war super freundlich und hilfreich. Die Ausstattung für ein Haus dieser Preisklasse war perfekt. Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielseitig. Etwas problematisch aufgrund der absolut zentralen Lage des Hauses ist vielleicht die Parksituation. Die nächste öffentliche Tiefgarage liegt ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.
