Good place to stay for proximity to convention center.
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. Location was good for me because I was attending an event at the nearby National Convention Center. Highlight was the staff, they were great.

Cons:

No overall negatives, but could be better: breakfast had ample food, but coffee and some foods were not hot. Also, it says "balcony" but is not a real sitting outside balcony, just big enough to stand on.

Terrible experience!

Cons:

Receptionists are extremely unfriendly and rude, although they are just young teenagers. There are cockroaches in the rooms. I have explicitly messaged in advance to ask for a room on high floor in advance and got confirmed by the hotel, but upon arrival they gave me a low-floor room and apologised that they couldn’t fulfil my request, and that another receptionist answering my message is not working anymore. This is such a neglectful and disrespectful behaviour. Moreover, the breakfast provided by the hotel is terrible and gave me stomachache that I had to go out to eat instead.
