Stanze molto carine e accogliente, posizione perfetta in una zona tranquilla e col tram 38 proprio sotto la struttura in un attimo puoi andare ovunque

Habe das Zimmer nichtmal gebraucht aber trotzdem enttäuschend.
Cons:

Hab am ersten Tag meine Sachen ins Zimmer gebracht und war dann 2 Tage unterwegs. Als ich zurück zum Zimmer gekommen bin war die Türe nicht ganz zu. Die fällt zwar sehr aggressiv zu, aber schließt nicht. Sprich jeder hätte ins Zimmer meine Sachen klauen können. Man muss sehr sehr stark daran ziehen dass sie dann wirklich zuschnappt.

Fussdistanz nach Grinzing. Gutes Restaurant im Haus. Staub und Nasszellensauberkeit sollte verbessert werden!
Pros:

Wunschgemäss tolle, ruhige Lage im 19. Bezirk. Gute Verbindung ab Wien HB mit Strassenbahn. Grosses Zimmer. Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Pizzeria mit Gartenterrasse im Haus. Das Essen dort empfehlenswert! Ich musste mich im Restaurant einchecken.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Staub auf Mobiliar und Schimmel an der Duschenwand.

The room was VERY HOT in the summer , NO AC and thay did not provide a fun ... A fun only costs 30€ but they did not provide !! we had to burn in Hell ... Don't go in the summer you will not sleep you will be cooked slowly ...

Pros:

L’emplacement face à l’arrêt du tramway PARASDIGASSE et les effluves délicieuses de pizzas au four qui vous accueillent à la réception (le restaurant « L’AUTENTICO »est dans le même immeuble au RDC).

L’enregistrement via un pad, pratique et simple, qui vous permet d’obtenir la carte pour ouvrir la porte de votre chambre.

La tranquillité des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel quand vous le croisez.

L’espace de la chambre, la tv au mur et l’accès au streaming (Netflix, prime video), la literie et les oreillers confortables. Le porte valise. La bouilloire, la machine à expresso Delonghi et les capsules. La bouteille d’eau.

La douche, même si un peu réduite, très pratique, l’eau chaude avec réglage thermostat et le jet suffisamment fort mais pas trop, parfait. Le porte serviettes qui fonctionne super bien. Le lavabo grand avec un meuble à double tiroir et le sèche cheveux super puissant.

L’armoire à l’entrée avec un coffre fort et des cintres.

Nous avons mangé au restaurant, pizzas effectivement délicieuses. Bref, une superbe découverte.
