Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Der Fußboden wurde bestimmt seit Monaten nicht gewischt. Alles war sehr staubig. Im Flur hat es unangenehm gerochen und auch der Fahrstuhl war schmutzig und hat gestunken. Nie wieder.

Schöne zentrale und doch ruhige Wohngegend mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Mit dem Self-Check-In hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer und das war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Schön fanden wir auch die Zurverfügungstellung einer Kaffeemaschine nebst Kapseln und den Wasserkocher sowie die Teebeutel. So konnte man sich morgens ein Heißgetränk zubereiten. Auch eine Flasche Wasser wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Lage ist prima, da die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Türe gelegen ist. Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch zwei Cafés in denen man Frühstücken gehen kann. Für das Abendessen war man in 15 min. in Grinzing sehr gut aufgehoben. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten um lecker zu essen und zu trinken.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer zum Kühlen von Getränken wäre schön gewesen.
Die Mülleimer wurden leider zwischendurch nicht geleert.

It was cheap

Cons:

1. The hotel was extremely unaccomodatimg. I requested an early check-in but was not given any clarification making the excuse that they were fuly booked previous night but the guests started leaving at 9 am
2. The 11 am checkout is absued. Why do you need four hours to clean a room?
3. No fan provided in the room and it was extremely hotttt
4. The room was not also cleaned properlyy
5. Too far away from the city center

Restaurant direkt im gleichen Gebäude, nettes Personal, großes Zimmer

Cons:

Dusche hat einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck gemacht .. hab mich ehrlich gesagt etwas geekelt. Die Silikondichtungen sollten getauscht werden und die braunen Ablagerungen in den Fugen entfernt werden.
Auf den Sockelleisten lag Staub, Papierkorb unter dem Tisch hatte komische schwarze Spuren an der Wand hinterlassen. Fenster nicht sauber.
