Wouldn't recommend, damp and mould resulting in illness
Pros:

Check in staff was friendly, comfortable beds and a good location. Right next to bars but with the outdoor patio and with a second door in the bedroom it disguised the music and nightlife.

Cons:

The air con was on when I checked into the room- unusual. We had heavy rain for around 3 days while I was staying in this hotel so the first day was spent mostly indoors- with the aircon on. I started to feel unwell during the night and spend the next full day in bed lethargic, groggy, headache, heavy eyes. I turned the aircon off and when I switched it back on again, the smell of mould and damp absolutely poured out of the aircon machine within seconds.I checked and my thoughts were right, it was full of mould.
This is the 2nd hotel saying where damp and mould is present resulting in being unwell. I left a day early.
The shower is right next to a window so the curtain blind is covered in mould too.

Friendly staff, good size room, super clean
Pros:

Super clean, spacious room, good bathroom, exceptional soundproofing. Great location set back off the main road near Tam Coc boat port. Friendly and helpful staff, lent us an umbrella when it started raining as we left for dinner.

Sin ruido mucho mejor
Pros:

Limpio, céntrico, el personal muy amable, tanto el chico de recepción como la chica que servía los desayunos (aunque no hablaba inglés, era muy agradable).

Cons:

La noche de jueves a viernes hubo ruido del karaoke bus que hay al lado pero era soportable. La noche de viernes a sábado, no lo fue, no dormimos casi entre eso y las obras que se están haciendo al lado. Aunque estuvimos muy bien, hay que considerar si merece la pena alojarse ahí

Great location! Room was very spacious, clean and exactly how it’s shown online! Great value for money!!

Cons:

Construction next door states at 7am every morning and is very loud! However this is not the properties fault it was very annoying!

Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement central pour un départ en bus de nuit.

Cons:

Malheureusement l’hotel est situé derrière un pub qui diffuse de la musique jusqu’à 2h du matin et ensuite il y avait un match de la coupe du monde donc des supporters très bruyants jusqu’à 6h, très mauvaise nuit !
La salle de bains est basique et dans l’une des chambres sentait très mauvais.

Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Grande chambre confortable, salle de bain et chambre propre.
Personnel accueillant.
Petit déjeuner délicieux.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le recommanderons les yeux fermés

Cons:

Travaux dès 7h du matin juste à côté lors de notre séjour.

Pros:

Chỗ nghỉ đối diện bến đò Tam Cốc, xung quanh rất nhiều quán ăn, pub, tạp hóa và khu vui chơi. Tuy ở khu đông đúc nhưng khách sạn khá yên tĩnh. Phòng khá sạch sẽ. Lễ tân còn hỗ trợ mình đổi sang phòng phù hợp và tiện nghi hơn.

Cons:

Phòng mình có khăn tắm bị rách và phòng em trai mình bị tắc cống. Nhưng bù lại lễ tân đổi cho em mình từ phòng 1 giường đôi sang phòng 2 giường đôi. Rất ưng cách xử lý này.
