Excellent value and service
Pros:

Nice and quiet hotel. The room was spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Staff were helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was decent, though there weren't many options.

Don't stay here, go to Orchids
Pros:

Broken refrigerator, toilet leaking water, and the bathroom supplies are empty immediately after check-in. If you want to stay in this area, stay at Orchids right around the corner.

Great Stay at Au Lac Legend Hotel
Pros:

We had an awesome stay at Au Lac Legend hotel. The hotel was very central to all the thing within the city centre. The room was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious. The service was fantastic looking after us with restaurant bookings and tours. Thought that this was good value for money.

Very comfortable hotel, very good
Pros:

The pool / jacuzzi and bar on the rooftop are perfect, also enjoyed teatime, the steam bath and gym.
The staff is really friendly.
The location is really perfect: Everything is walking distance

Small rooms. Didnt give us the room we payed extra for. We got no windows and no view even though we payed for it.

Pros:

The location is very good for various main attractions - Notre Dame, War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace and more. The decor and layout were excellent and staff were very helpful. And the afternoon tea was a wonderful touch.

Cons:

The shower temperature and pressure were erratic. Also, we had 2 rooms, and one had the "expected" European style 2 pin plug socket and the other had multi national sockets that could accommodate 2 and 3 pin plugs (like UK style) - strange that all rooms couldn't have the multi national sockets

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de locatie is prima.

Cons:

Alles is super oud. En ruikt muffig. De faciliteiten zijn erg oud. Ook is het ontbijt niet lekker. Ik vind de prijs die je voor dit hotel veelte duur voor wat je krijgt.

Nice week in Ho Chi Min
Pros:

Exceptional stay! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Good breakfast from the morning give us good beginning of the day.
A special thank you to the receptionist, Mrs Tue-Nghi Amie, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests; thank You once again for arrange our trip to Black Virgin Mountain. Her warm attitude, genuine kindness, and exceptional customer service made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team, especially Tue-Nghi Amie, for such a wonderful experience! 🙏
