Top Hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

We loved this hotel. It has a really nice style and architecture. More old style Vietnam. The staff are truly amazing. We have stated at 5 hotels so far on our trip here and the service here is unrivaled. Chloe and team are truly wonderful and also efficient. Breakfast is outstanding. The location could not be better - in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very nice old world style hotel
Pros:

Very nice stylish hotel. Old world Vietnamese style. Lots of dark wood. Rooms were lovely. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Very happy here.

Ein toller Hotel im Zentrum mit Pool
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren genau so wie abgebildet, alle waren sehr höflich, es war sauber und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt. Pool und rooftop Bar toll.

La chambre, sobre et confortable
La terrasse et la piscine

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu bruyant : notre chambre donnait sur une autre chambre avec une porte et on entendait les personnes d’à côté parler comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre.
La rue en dessous est très passante et les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolées.

Pros:

Heel comfortabel hotel, een heerlijk rustpunt dat centraal is gelegen in een drukke stad. Heerlijk ontbijt, heel fijn personeel. Lekker ontspannen bij de rooftop-bar!

Pros:

Well located with friendly staff who are able to assist.

The bathroom amenities are very nice (shampoo AND conditioner!) and smell delightful. The shower pressure is fantastic.

Good breakfast spread, but go earlier as the staff can get overwhelmed. On a couple of occasions they ran out of cups/glasses etc. and would stop replenishing food to cope with volume of people.

Afternoon tea is simple cakes with tea/coffee but very welcome!

Cons:

I wouldn't bother with getting the room with the outside bath. The only two rooms are on level two so you don't get a view and it's very loud outside.

Perfect place to stay with all the amenities to relax while you take in all Ho Chim Min has to offer

Very well kept and clean. Just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything Saigon has to offer.

Pros:

Nice and quiet hotel. The room was spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Staff were helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

The facilities were old and run-down.

Broken refrigerator, toilet leaking water, and the bathroom supplies are empty immediately after check-in. If you want to stay in this area, stay at Orchids right around the corner.
