Fantastic location on the river for walking The Thames Path and close to all amenities but in a lovely quiet area. Lovely character property especially the outside and gardens.

Poor breakfast. Food was bare minimum for that hotel rating. Only one member of staff at breakfast trying his utmost to clear tables, top up food, but there were too many guests for one person, so a lot of waiting for sufficient food.
The setting was beautiful. The staff were helpful. The room was clean.
Sad that we didn’t have any view from the room and couldn’t open the window very far.

Reception was very friendly and efficient. Beautiful setting on the river bank.
Single room was very small and very hot. Window may have opened but there was a desk in front of it so I couldn't reach it to try. Fan provided made a terrible noise. Shower cubicle was tiny and difficult to get into and when the shower was on full the tray filled with water.
Location was very good, staff excellent and very helpful.
I am not sure what the 'Deluxe' stood for in our room, it was ok, clean, but for me it didn't quite live up to the name. Plastic cups for example, surprised it did not have air con but we did have a fan.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast options were many and varied. Great location.
Location and layout of the hotel was first class.
Standard double bed is not comfortable for a couple when we are all used to king sized or larger beds at home. Parking s limited, but there is a public chargeable Carparking adjacent.
Grand and quirky building with a magnificent back garden bar. Close to town.
Everything was almost perfect from staff, to grounds, breakfast and that beautiful staircase. My wedding photos were phenomenal. Excellent place to either stay, have an event or for wedding photos
Big rooms equals small shower. Small room equals bigger shower. I was already made aware so I shouldn't complain.
