Arrivée autonome, service impeccable, personnel disponible, chambre climatisée.
Nice quiet hotel very very close to Europa park. We took two rooms that were big and convenient . Breakfast is excellent , and they even helped my husband with gluten free bred for him every morning. The restaurant is also excellent and there is air condition in the rooms , which were extremely important during the heat wave the time we were staying there.
The only thing that needs improvement are the water in the shower. It seems that it is influenced by the amount of people using the shower together so sometimes there were not enough hot water.. but to us -it didn’t bother very much. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

J’ai réservé pour deux adultes avec deux chambres. En fait il n’y avait qu’une chambre, l’autre était fermée. J’ai dû dormir sur le canapé…
On ne sait pas à qui s’adresser, l’accueil de l’hôtel est toujours vide
Breakfast was great, with a good, sufficient choice and balanced options. Rooms were large and comfortable. We liked the decor and found everything to be near which was convenient. Well, mostly Europapark was not too far away.
Pretty crowded at night for dinner. Was hard to find a restaurant without booking. Would have been nice if the toilet and shower areas were separated to avoid the morning rush/bottleneck. The bus stops were difficult to find, so we took our luggage to the Europa park bus stop.
