Decent hotel for a family
Pros:

Comfortable stay, very comfortable beds, decent hotel with a good breakfast and decent dinner buffet too.
Facilities and gym, , pool are just OK, but we weren't hoping for too much during our stay.

Cons:

Can't serve decent meat if their lives depended on it...

Laundry service is over priced.

Showers ran out of hot water after a while

They claimed they would advise the restaurant about our food allergies, but no one knew anything and had to triple. Check everything.

Un hotel che soddisfa ogni aspettativa

An elegant hotel that makes you feel like being in the UK rather than Sri Lanka.
The room was clean, the buffet for breakfast and dinner was abundant, a lot of waiters and people from the staff is there to help you in whatever needs or requests.
We also paid the laundry and the clothes had a good fragrant that didn't want to wash them again.

Un hotel elegante che ti fa sentire in Regno Unito piuttosto che in Sri Lanka.
All'arrivo ci hanno accolti i facchini per prendere le nostre valigie e tutto il personale estremamente gentile. La stanza e il bagno puliti e spaziosi, il buffet super ricco sia per colazione sia per cena, un sacco di personale pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi richiesta.
Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio lavanderia a pagamento (molto conveniente) e l'odore dei vestiti era buonissimo, tutti super puliti e lavati bene (gli unici ad averci fatto la laundry così).

מלון יפה ונקי, החדר גדול ומרווח, מיטות נוחותי. הצוות שירותי ואדיב.

היה קר בחדר וקשה היה לחמם אותו. ביקשנו שיביאו לנו שמיכות. הסאונה לא דלקה והיינו צריכות לחכות עד שהצוות ידליק וזה יתחמם. המסאז׳ היה ממש בינוני. האמבטיה ממש לא נוחה, המעקה גבוה וממש מסוכן להיכנס. החלקתי בכניסה לאמבטיה ובנס לא שברתי צלע. חשוב לשים משהו שימנע החלקה גם בריצפה וגם בתוך האמבטיה. זרם המים חלש אך המים חמים

שהייה נהדרת במלון במקסים

המלון מקסים והצוות נפלא. רואים שחשוב להם שהכל יתבצע בצורה הטובה והנוחה ביותר ללקוחות.
המלון נקי ומסודר ונהננו מאוד להתארח בו.
לבן שלי היתה יום הולדת ועובדי המלון הביאו לו עוגה בהפתעה ושימחו אתו מאוד ובסוף אפילו לא ביקשו תשלום נוסף בשבילה. ניכר שלמלון ולעובדיו חשוב שתהיה לאורחים חווית אירוח נפלאה. תודה!
