Nice initial impression, but the Booking listing is not factual.
Pros:

The property is tastefully and beautifully decorated. It is 3 years old and still feels quite new. Although registration is entirely digital, the staff was friendly and accommodating when we had occasion to interact with them. (See below)

Cons:

The Booking.com listing describes the 5 rooms in this property as "Deluxe Suites". There are no suites, only hotel rooms. Deluxe also is questionable. We booked #3. The room is no larger than a few centimeters more than a double bed. There was no place to open a suitcase. When we complained about the listing discrepancy, the staff showed up at our door, admitted the description was a mistake (that has not been corrected in 3 years) and offered an upgrade to their largest room, #5. It contained a queen bed and a single bed and still felt adequately roomy. In other respects it was still pretty basic. It had the same tiny bathroom as #3 with no counter space and no closet--just 3 hooks on the wall. The wi-fi in room #3 worked, but not in room #5.

Krásne, vkusné a čisté ubytovanie v centre Žiliny. Bezplatné parkovanie a raňajky 3 m. od ubytovania
Pros:

Čisté, vkusné a veľmi príjemné ubytovanie, v pešej dostupnosti do úplného centra. Malá útulná pekáreň Na Rohu, cca 3 minúty chôdze od ubytovania, v ktorej ponúkajú výbornú kávu a raňajky! Veľmi jednoduchý systém chcek-in, bez recepcie, čo ja považujem za maximálnu výhodu. Parkovanie je priamo na miete, a izba má vlastné parkovacie miesto.
Celkovo hodnotím toto ubytovanie ako jedno z mála, ktoré sa dajú v Žiline, za túto cenu nájsť. Komunikácia s prenajímateľom je výborná. Určite sa vrátim :)

Pros:

Izba bola veľmi pekne zariadená a čistá, niečo také nenájdete hocikde. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola pohodová, odpovedal ihneď a oceňujem smart prístup do objektu, všetko na kódy a kartičky.
