Cons:

If you like to be away from everything it's fine, The house was fine but to far away from restaurants and bars etc.. and no air-conditioning.
We ended up getting alternative accommodation that met our requirements.

Pros:

The apartment itself is Ok, it is in a peaceful area and has a very nice view. Although, it could use a thorough clean and some love. There is no working air-conditioning system.

Cons:

The host insists on communicating outside of the Booking.com platform, only via WhatsApp.

Payment also needs to be made outside of the Booking.com platform directly into a bank account, and then you need to provide proof of payment and upload your identity documentation via WhatsApp. This is stressful and not a secure way of handling my private information, Booking.com should not allow such practices.

After I paid, I received no communication until I eventually asked if the payment was received. I also asked about the check-in process (a number of times) and didn’t receive any useful information until hours before arrival. On holiday, I should not be worrying if my money is lost and if my accommodation is booked, all it takes is some clear communication to give your guests some peace of mind.

Additionally, the reservation instructions clearly state that an additional deposit in required on arrival, only in hard cash, but there was no one there when we arrived - so my trip to get foreign exchange was pointless.

And I still have not received anything that looks like an invoice.

Only because of the way business is handled here, I cannot recommend this place.

L appartement a une très belle vue sur le lac, c est fonctionnel.
Un peu excentré.

Cons:

Très mauvaise literie.
Nous n avons pas trouvé la piscine, aucune indication dans le centre de vacances ni dans le logement.

Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Magnifique vue. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Situé au calme. Propriétaire très réactive à nos demande par mails.

Cons:

Juste un petit bémol : la literie de la salle à manger n’est pas confortable

Onze wifi en de verwarming werkte niet… en het was zo hoog gelegen dat hadden we willen weten vooraf….. dan hadden we het niet gekozen…. Heel verl trappen geen oplaadmogelijkheden met E bikes zwembad niet toegankelijk geen bedjes die op foto wel gepresenteerd werden….echt jammer

Perfecte locatie om te genieten van de schoonheid van Lago di Como
Pros:

Betoverende locatie en spectaculair zicht.
De accomodatie zelf was in orde en alles voorhanden. Maar het zicht, in combinatie met een goed onderhouden, mooi domein in de heuvels en een top zwembad, overtrof onze verwachtingen.

Cons:

De inrichting kan een update verdragen.

Très bel appartement sur les hauteurs du lac
Pros:

Très bel vue sur le lac, bel appartement avec une belle terrasse

Cons:

Fond d’épicerie absent, ce serait bien de prévenir car le déplacement à pied est long et fastidieux (25 mn de montée)
Piscine pas simple à trouver, il manque des petits panneaux
