It was just what we needed
Pros:

Hotel and room were pretty updated/nice. There is a public microwave that you can use, some free drinks (tea, onion soup, etc) and a public area to sit and chill.
They provide cute yukatas and two bottles of water.

Cons:

The room didn't have a smart tv :( Only regular tv channels.

It wasn't an issue for us and the noise stopped by the time we went to bed, but just fyi, there are a lot of motorists that ride in this area. I believe from the time we checked in at 8:30pm, there were over 50 bikes that passed by outside of our window throughout a few hours.

A wonderful relaxing experience.
Pros:

The room was excellent, and having access to the spa and bathing facilities was fantastic. It was also very pleasant to be able to eat breakfast in our room and the food provided was first class. This was easily the best hotel that we stayed in during our month in Japan and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Nothing.

Super nice hotel, sadly very annoying noises throughout the night.

Room was very spacious and clean, great view from the windows that could be opened for fresh air.

Cons:

風呂無し、シャワーのみ、駐車場別料金、近隣に食事処極少、ビューも良くない、
素泊まり宿泊代金二人で3万1000円は異常！
内容的にはビジネスホテル以下でこの料金は信じられない！
駐車場代金を含めると
一泊3万2500円、そんなホテルではありません！。

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Unable to book a treatment in advance. I was told prior to my stay that that you can only book after you check in, which I did shortly after 3pm but, I subsequently was told all treatments were already booked!!!

The very kind receptionist did try very hard to see if there were any cancellations but, sadly there weren’t any.
