- The location of the apartment is very good, with a bus stop right in front of the building. It is possible to reach more central parts of the city within a 5–20 minute ride. The neighborhood is spacious, quiet, and pleasant. There are grocery stores within 100–200 meters. There are also several cafés very close to the apartment.
- The building appears to be well maintained. We stayed in the ground-floor “Apartment with terrace.” The apartment was spacious, and the rooms had a good layout.
- Both the sofa bed and the double bed were comfortable and clean.
- Overall, the apartment had been cleaned well(except curtains).
- There was a sufficiently large wardrobe in the bedroom.
- The apartment receives a good amount of daylight.
- We stayed for 6 nights. On the 3rd day, we requested cleaning and fresh towels. However, the host informed us that cleaning is not provided for stays shorter than one week. They also said that towels could only be changed if they had very large stains. I think that for stays longer than 3–4 days, the apartment should be cleaned, or at least an easy-to-use vacuum cleaner should be provided so that guests can clean the apartment themselves.
- There is no washing machine inside the apartment(apartment with terrace). However, there is a washing machine and a dryer available in a shared area of the building.
- There is no door between the kitchen and the room with the sofa. The door in the kitchen that opens onto the terrace is locked. Since the kitchen is not well ventilated, cooking smells spread into the other room and can linger in the apartment. There is an extractor hood above the stove, but it is not very effective.
- The bathroom drain does not drain the water efficiently enough, so water accumulates in the bathroom and takes a long time to go away.
- Odors from the bathroom/toilet and steam from the shower are not efficiently removed. The bathroom ventilation is inadequate.
- Due to the rug-like floor coverings and the very large curtains used in the apartment, the dust load seems quite high. People with dust or dust mite allergies may need to be extra careful.
- The area described as a terrace is not really suitable for use. Calling the cushions on the hanging chair dirty would be an understatement.
- Only 4-digit codes are used to open both the building entrance door and the apartment door, and these codes are probably not changed very frequently. While inside the apartment, it is not possible to additionally lock the door mechanically with a key or thumb turn lock from the inside. This made us feel unsafe.

Perfect for 3 people. Nice and spacious, excellent facilities, comfy beds and well designed space. Staff were also accommodating and helpful. Would recommend!
Too much sunlight in the mornings and no basic necessities like salt, pepper, oil, tea etc provided in kitchen.
Pokoj z funkcjonalnym aneksem kuchennym. Czysto. Dla mnie ważne było to że działało ogrzewanie i było dobre ciśnienie wody. Warto rozważyć, gdy się przyjechało na jakieś spotkania do instytucji UR. Ok.1.5 km od najważniejszych instytucji UR. Spokojna i bezpieczna dzielnica, blisko Carrefour Express i przystanek na Dworzec, jest też niedaleko przystanek na autobus jeżdżący bezpośrednio na lotnisko.
Locația foarte bună, foarte aproape de toate obiectivele pe care îmi doream sa le vizitez, zona orașului foarte curată și liniștită, facilitățile apartamentului sunt excepționale, decorațiunile interioare foarte frumoase și cu mult stil, check-in facil iar gazdele foarte receptive la solicitările noastre.
Nu pot spune ca este ceva nu mi-a plăcut dar ca sugestii as spune ca o a doua toaleta în camera de baie ar fi fost utila, iar pentru bucătărie as propune gazdelor sa pună la dispoziție și saci pentru colectarea selectiva a deșeurilor reciclabile întrucât înțeleg ca sunt prevederi foarte stricte in acest sens in Bruxelles. Dar acestea nu sunt lucruri care sa ne fi afectat în vreun fel confortul cazarii și frumusețea timpului petrecut în Bruxelles. Mulțumim din suflet gazdelor! 🙏🤗

Bel appart tout pres des institutions eropéennes..Au calme.
Vaste appartement très propre et très bien situé.
Un seul petit bémol : les lattes du canapé de couchage d’appoint étaient mal en point.
This apartment looks nice and it is its only advantage. I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially that the price wasn’t the lawest.
-lack of a desk (it was one of the reasons we chose this apartment, but the desk was closed and no one from staff wanted to help us)
-sewerage smell from the toilet
-tv was turning on randomly by itself and was waking us up in the middle of the night
-sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable, so I don’t think this apartment was even for 4 people
-only 3 sets of towels, even though we paid and reserved the apartment for four people
-very dirty and disgusting curtains
-half dead flowers left in the apartment
-badly worn plates, glasses and pots (chopping board was moldy)
-lack of bedside tables
-water didn’t drain in the sink in the toilet
