A hyderabad trip
Pros:

The front staff and housekeeping were very courteous and efficient. The in-room dining was well portioned and tasty. The front door staff were very helpful as well. Breakfast spread was quite diverse and well positioned. Live stations at breakfast were exceptional. Didn't use the gym but paid a visit and found it well equipped. Rooftop bar was also quite good. Room service was very efficient

Cons:

The bath, washroom fittings were quite old and poorly maintained. Linen especially the bath towels were not upto expectations. Kettle was all stained and poorly maintained- had to very another one.

Decent stay in a central location for business travellers
Pros:

Likes the central location, good breakfast, good gym with view. Had non veg thali with in room dining.

Cons:

Reception staff behaviour and manners in check in process. Lack of pool. No entertainment for kids
