"I WANT MY MTV"
Pros:

Location was good, room and bed comfortable.

Cons:

TV remote didn't work. Rang night porter 4 times from phone near the other bedrooms on my floor and they did not answer. What's the point in telling you any problems then ring the night porter, and when you do they don't answer. What would have happened if there was a security issue?. Not reassuring at all.

Clean hotel friendly staff disappointing breakfast arrangement

Rooms clean and comfortable.
The quality of cooked breakfast was excellent.
Great location close to city hall and bars etc
Had lunch in the restaurant which was excellent.
Staff nice and friendly.

Cons:

Our bathroom was up a flight of stairs and a green light shone bright in the night. Understand it is for safety to guide during the night.
Breakfast was strange. You could either choose 1 item from the continental menu or 1 item from cooked. So you couldnt get toast and yoghurt a cooked breakfast. I like to be able to have cooked and pick some things from continental. Only helped yourself to orange juice, tea and a jug of filter coffee at a table.
I thought pricey @£203 for a Sunday evening.
You had to go into the restaurant to check-in etc which felt a bit strange.

Pros:

Beautiful location, ideal base for exploring. Very comfortable room. Even though we were in the middle of the city, there was no noise disturbance. Breakfast was one of the best ive had.

Wonder Location for Crucible Sheffield
Pros:

Convenient Location, wonderful comfortable room, very quiet never heard a thing even the bin lorries in Am , fantastic staff wonderful food on site restaurant, and best value for steak We have ever had.
