Great location, lovely staff, bit outdated and damp smell on the room

Location, very lovely staff and very clean
Quiet

Cons:

Musty / damp smell in the room despite leaving air conditioning on all the time. Luckily I only slept in the room as busy all day and evenings but really needs improving .
Unable to open window even a little bit which didn’t help. Spent a long time on arrival prolong door open to corridor (ventilated and not having same smell)

I would always choose this hotel if you needing a friendly comfy city centre place to relax
Pros:

Its location is perfect - the staff are super friendly and I love the vibe of the place

Cons:

Nothing really - breakfast could be better ( porridge in a tub you make yourself.. not great )

Will definitely stay again but like this time I will book well in advance to get a good price.
Pros:

Right in the heart of the city, the location is second to none. The staff where all helpful and pleasant to be around. The restaurant is top quality too.

Cons:

Can't really pick any faults. I looked hard and yet there is nothing to find. The view I had was the back of the building, but that wasn't a problem.

Tops, will always stay at Miller and Carter when we visit Sheffield.
Pros:

Excellent communication throughout the booking process, good hotel site ideal for all sightseeing. Hotel staff polite and courteous, always with a smile.

The staff are always attentive and friendly, the room was clean and tidy ,with plenty of hot drinks options. The vegetarian breakfast is always prepared to our liking, probably the best vegetarian breakfast we've had in any hotel, see you all soon at the Miller &Carter

宾馆离火车站，汽车总站都不远，位置不错。房间非常安静，毛巾架是加热的，可以烘衣服。早餐中规中矩，服务仔细，态度好。

Cons:

房间面积不大。水龙头安装位置过低，用电热水壶接水不太方便。

Really good.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The location couldn’t be better. The place was great value and exceeded our expectations.

Annoying it doesn’t have parking but it’s in the centre of the city so not an issue as there is parking very near by.
