The receptionist. Would not let us in as she required a lot of paperworks, it has to be a print out. When it was eventually sorted, thank you to the owner of the unit, she still would not let us in. Everything was booked and paid. All the codes etc was sent to my email and same showed to this receptionist but she would not let us in. Eventually after over an hour of communication between her, the unit owner and myself, she eventually let us in. When we went out for dinner, she would not let us in AGAIN. This receptionist person made the stay very stressful. I could not fault the owner. She is very helpful.

Since its near by the airport i can hear the plane flying but its still beautiful

once you enter the reception, the receptionist asks ten thousand questions and also wants to keep your passport (not a copy, your origonal passport). We explained we were there for one night and has a flight in 5 hours time at 3am so we would not give her the passport. They say its policy but I was never requested to provide my actual hard copy passport other than to scan/take a photo and return. Nothing in the apartment works and area is also very bad

We waited for almost 3 hrs at the lobby for our host to give us the door code. The sheet for the extra mattress did not fit well.

Cockroaches all over, stayed for two days but never saw the host. Was promissed they will clean the room but they did not. No thin normal bed blanked. All in all its a never again for me.
