Não é que não gostei , mas penso que no chuveiro poderia ter um local para colocar shampoo , e creme . Quem sabe fazer um kit pequeno com shampoo , condicionador e sabonete líquido ? E o chuveiro apesar de bom sai água pra todo lado . Merecia uma manutenção .

Por acaso não tinha visto ninguém pra me orientar nem pra me dizer alguma coisa sobre se local tem restaurante ou bar mesmo a entrega da chave foi tudo online foi muito difícil mas pronto consegui superar..

The property was dirty had water leaking in the bathroom and bad smell from the sewers.
The bed was not comfortable the spring mattress needed to be replaced.
The window was broken, not safe so I had to take with me my important belongings all the time I was out.
The wardrobe was dirty and full of stuff no place for my clothes, the chest drawers were dirty and broken.
I called the staff a few times they said that will be someone to clean and fix it but nothing appeared. And the last staff member that I spoke was very rude.

Verwaltung lässt diese Unterkunft verwahrlosen und kümmert sich um nichts. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem offensichtlich längere Zeit geraucht wurde und baten um ein anderes Zimmer. Es würde kommuniziert, dass dies nicht möglich sein, aber auch nicht stimmen könne.
Direkt nebenan ist ein Haus abgerissen, dort wird mittelfristig gebaut werden, ich empfehle das vorher zu klären, sollte man sich entscheiden hier zu buchen. Für €10-20 mehr bekommt man wirklich schöne Unterkünfte (ich habe nach der ersten von 10 (!) bezahlten Nächten, wofür ich natürlich trotz des starken Rauchgeruchs nichts erstattet bekam) für €20/Nacht mehr ein komplettes Haus mit 3 Bädern in der Altstadt gebucht, in dem theoretisch 6 Leute hätten schlafen können (entgegen diesem Doppel-Raucherzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad).
Maximal enttäuschend!

Es handelt sich um ein Raucherzimmer. Wir baten um Ersatz, dies war nicht möglich. Ich habe dann für die verbleibenden Tage etwas anderes gebucht. Selbstverständlich möchte sich die Vermieterin nicht beteiligen. Das Zimmer ist mit alten, kaputten Möbeln ausgestattet, die Küche ist in schlechtem Zustand, der Kühlschrank voller verdorbener Lebensmittel, der Tiefkühler hat Zentimeterdicke Eiskrusten, ich habe dann für €20 mehr eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft gebucht.
Ich kann nur empfehlen, nicht diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

I was there for a month, the worst thing is there is a man living there permanently who screams his head off, can go on all day once he's started, called the office the first 3 times, didn't stop him, then I over heard them arranging for him to pay another year's accommodation up front.
Things that would set him off were the rubbish bin not being emptied, renovation noise next door, bones in the rubbish (he was out side my bedroom door screaming "filthy flesh eater" after that one), and my not talking to him set him off on one occasion!
Before I arrived I asked for an extra blanket (based on a previous stay), It was the next day before it arrived, it was freezing.
I had also asked for a large pot, as previously there had only been tiny pots (you wouldn't want to do pasta for one person, let alone a couple), but they refused, so I bought one for €15, they also refused getting a bin for my first floor room.
Water glasses are too small, though there were 2 very large plastic tankards.
The back door was permanently locked, last time I could hang my washing out there, this time I would hang my washing over the ironing board in the lounge, unpleasant for everyone.
The electric door handle to the outside played up for a week (impossible to get in at times) before it stopped working altogether and they finally did something about it.
I resent that after I left they sent, I believe, a standard letter asking that I don't leave a bad review.

Terrível, limpeza mal feita, cama cheia deanchas e nódoas, casa de banho cheuia de fungos e água a pingar do teto, nem banho tomei. Toalhas de pés com buracos, janela com fechadura rebentada ... Tenho videos a demonstrar!! As entidades fiscalizadoras vão ser informadas.. tive de prncher um formulário que me obrigou aandar fotos do meu cartão de cidadão, o que é ilegal... Vou reportar a entidades reguladoras este caso!
