El personal súper amable, la ubicación y el entorno precioso
Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, pero es inusual tener estas altas temperaturas en esa zona y las habitaciones, claro no tienen aire acondicionado ni ventilación suficiente
The rooms were quite , the location wonderful , the restaurant was excellent and food outstanding, staff are exceptional nothing is too much your need are there priority absolutely relaxing atmosphere.
Nothing
The room, breakfast & evening meal, sitting outside, the staff, the padel courts & the location
fabulous accommodation and amazing staff - attention to detail is excellent
nothing
The room, breakfast & bed were all excellent. The complex was very modern and well equipped with tennis courts etc although we did not use them and the setting and location were superb/
A separate shower would have been preferred rather than over the bath
Perfect location
Bedroom very comfortable and spotless clean. Staff very attentive. Food first class.
Fridge in room a little noisy.
Nice clean hotel in a good location
The room was very hot and the bath didn’t work
Very nice hotel. Have used the hotel for the last 6 years, have seen great improvements
Nothing
We had our dogs...the room had French windows leading out to a grassy area and we could go to the car without going through the hotel

Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff were excellent, especially the breakfast staff. Superb service.
The room was unbelievably hot. The weather was exceptionally warm, however the room was so much hotter and there didn’t seem to be any way of cooling the room down. Having the fan on and the window open wide only seemed to push hot air around the room. A pleasant stay nevertheless.
Perfect location for where we needed to be, very clean, lovely food and friendly staff
The bedroom was very hot but we were provided with a fan
The room. Paul & Marlena were fantastic
The uncontrollable AC as it did give me a sore throat at night
Everything , lovely grounds , staff and food.
Picture perfect
The heat in the rooms, very hot and the fans weren't much use.
Not the hotels fault as scorching weather.
Maybe don't turn in the heating in rooms.
But only this minor issue xx
