Tout etais parfait.
Fantastic service and staff. Mia on the reception desk was so helpful, room was very spacious, included a kettle with tea and a cafetiere which was lovely. Co working space available and they can store baggage for you too!
Can sometimes hear noise in corridors which may be disruptive, gym is very clean but has somewhat limited equipment (no barbell).

Our favourite stay in Hanoi. Lovely big spacious rooms, extremely friending and helpful staff. Brilliant pool / gym facilities with free laundry service. We came back here again after we done the Ha Giang Loop as we loved it so much.
Nothing it was perfect!
Reasonably short distance to old quarter, the hotel distance allows you to venture in and out of the busy traffic. Its also a great pickup location to venture outside hanoi city. Couldnt ask for a better service, the team were responsive on whatsapp via english with no issue. Would promptly hold your delivery items at front desk or can deliver up to you if you kindly let them know. Pool and gym were clean, fresh and accessible at the bottom level. DIY laundry with detergent provided, 2 washer and 2 dryer makes for ease of cleanup. Buffet on 2nd level and cafes/restarants walking distance. Room was clean, spacious, modern and odourless (superior bedroom option). It was a great experience, would return.

La proximité (10 min à pied du lac Hoam Kiem) de l’hôtel et sa localisation dans une rue au calme est un vrai plus.
Les équipements proposés (salle de sport, piscine et machines à laver/ sécher le linge en libre service) sont très pratiques.
Le personnel est très compétent, aidant (merci à Julia, Vanessa et Peter pour leur aide) et sympathique.
Troisième séjour. Ce n'est pas par hasard. Un quartier calme à l'écart du barnum touristique de la vieille ville mais tout proche, un design moderne et une chambre confortable, sans oublier un personnel toujours souriant et prêt à aider.
Un détail: le coffre-fort au ras du sol; pas vraiment pratique!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with the luggage and dealt with me and any issues i had in a very prompt and courteous manner. I had issue with the safety deposit box and air conditioning. Both were dealt with quickly. The laundry room in the basement was very handy. Liked the privacy of the pool and sauna in the basement. The Japanese style toilet with built in bidet was amazing. The decor of the hotel with very modern and business like. The location is in an area with lot of banks/ embassy/ offices. So its not busy in the evening like other parts of the city. It’s a calm part of city with long treelined roads. I enjoyed going to the book street and cafes nearby. There is a circle k 3 minutes walk away to buy snacks and drinks. Liked that the windows can be opened to let in air. I didn’t have breakfast.
The rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear the sounds from the corridor as well as sounds from the school near by. There was also a buzzing noise from the air conditioning. I was on the 11 floor. I would suggest bringing some earplugs if sound is an issue. The reception offered me camomile tea when i mentioned this issue to them. I also didn’t like the floor level position of the safety deposit box. It is difficult for anyone with back issues to reach down to retrieve your items from the safe.
