Awesome,peaceful,relaxing
Pros:

It’s very central to things like supermarkets, restaurant I was actually here this year in March to see family and also this time was seeing family aswell nearby so i found this and it done the job. Walk to lime st station/jdw north western was a 5-10 mins walk, its just awesome was on floor 4 and had a communal living room n kitchen with a balcony with your room having your own bathroom but the other rooms dont have ensuites theirs a comnunal bathroom outside rms 2/3, the self check in was phenomenal they give you your pin that only you no.

But enough yapping trust me this place is awesome I’ll be back again

Assolutamente niente.

Cons:

Prima del nostro arrivo ci hanno minacciato di cancellare la prenotazione se non avessi mandato i documenti e un deposito cauzionale tramite whatsapp (tendenzialmente Booking sconsiglia di condividere questi dati tramite whatsapp).
All’arrivo non era presente nessuno per il check in e non è stato possibile riuscire a contattare owner e non avevamo nessun codice di self checking.
Abbiamo dovuto cambiare alloggio.

Good room met expectations
Pros:

Good location, own shower, fan in the room. Access to shared kitchen.

Cons:

No AC, which meant the room was quite hot. A fan is provided, but the windows barely open, which means during hot weather the room is stuffy.

Trudność z zakwaterowaniem. Gdy przyjechaliśmy na miejsce pocałowaliśmy klamkę. Trudność z dodzwonieniem się do osoby zajmującej się obiektem. W obiekcie porozwieszane są wszędzie kartki z karami, np. Kartka, że jak się będzie dzwoniła po 21 do osoby zajmującej się obiektem to za to jest kara finansowa!!! Podczas pobytu zardzewiały prysznic odpadł od miejsca gdzie był przymocowany na ścianie. W pokoju duszno był wiatrak który nie dawał powietrza, brak możliwości otworzenia okien. Właściciel obiektu zarządał wpłaty 100 euro kaucji za pobyt w obiekcie.

The location is good really close to the centre, the room was quite big and comfortable

Cons:

One morning we opened the kitchen and found there some guys sleeping on the couch those were people who were let there by somebody, so they were not guests at this place, cause they started to explain themselves immediately, I reported about that to the administration. Another thing that I didn't like at all that I had to literally text to the management everyday asking when they were gonna send the deposit back, so I got their reply that they had transferred the money only 4 days after checking out, and I have a slight feeling that probably they wouldn't have done it if I hadn't texted them every day.

close to City centre. comfy bed, good shower

Cons:

run down area, very derelict. lot of drug use on London Road. A holding deposit of £150 before they would allow to enter property, didn't just hold on card, they took the money out then took 3 days to put it back into account. Cards pinned to various walls of Fines for this and that (not very welcoming)
I had to phone someone to now how to gain entry to apartment as hadn't received details. just as well it was within the time 9am - 9pm as that was another fine as out of those times.

Air con only in shared living area-proper student accomadation-shared kitchen/ living area- seperate bedrooms with no aircon-two small windows that just left noise in and small bed

Pros:

Not far from the city centre, communication was excellent with staff on WhatsApp and the hotel room was very clean and decorated lovely, bed was very comfortable and the entire building felt safe and quiet, no complaints at all!
