Very lovely
Pros:

The pool is very nice. The room with sofabed which got 2 toilets. We have everything we need to prepare dinner. Easy flat walk to the centre of village. Near a supermarket. We would stay there again.

We did not get much of a view

The staff was helpful and in our case where we lost our passports, they assisted to call/follow up with the Zermatt
Pros:

The location is on the western side of Zermatt, less than 5 minutes from the Gornergrat train station or Zermatt train station. The room is clean with all that makes a comfortable stay. The staff was particularly helpful with activity guidances. Breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly squeezed orange juices, excellent coffee and a good spread of breakfast offerings.

It was an enjoyable and memorable trip in this stay. Will choose this hotel in our next trip again.

Pros:

Tout était parfait : le personnel était disponible et accueillant.
L’appartement, très bien pensé, offre de nombreux rangements ainsi qu’une salle de bains très pratique.
L’arrêt du ski-bus est situé juste à côté, ce qui est très appréciable, tout comme la proximité immédiate du centre du village. Rien à redire.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Amazing. Relaxing, comfortable, friendly staff, clean and extremely enjoyable!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff was great and very helpful. The massage therapist was amazing. The location was great, with a wonderful view of the matthorn. Size of the room was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool. The free self laundry was great and really helped us out. We will be back.

Very relaxing, would definitely come back
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location. Welcoming touches such as chocolates and wine in the room. Lift to station was swiftly organised and there were lockers to leave things in after checkout.
