Etwas chaotisch und unprofessionell

Leider war etwas Chaos. Wir erhielten das falsche Zimmer, angeblich weil alles voll war. Bei unserer Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen wurde gesagt, dass wir sofort hätten reklamieren müssen. Leider bin ich aber erst in der Nacht gekommen und mein Mann verließ sich beim Einchecken darauf, dass es korrekt ist. Es gab für dieses kleinere Zimmer keine nachträgliche Preisreduktion. Beim Frühstück wurde ich vom Direktor unfreundlich belehrt, dass ich 1.kein Frühstück gebucht hätte (obwohl mein Mann 2x Frühstück nachträglich angemeldet hatte) und 2. wohl im falschen Raum und am Hinweisschild vorbeigelaufen bin, dass das Frühstück "für bestimmte Gäste" in der Stüwa stattfindet. Das Servierpersonal war wohl nicht in der Lage, mich darauf hinzuweisen. Leider alles sehr unprofessionell.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un po antico ma abbastanza pulito, grande, cordiale, con ampi e comodi parcheggi

La struttura è un po vecchia, se da un lato è una sua caratteristica quasi stilosa, si percepisce un po il feeling come visitare un vecchio museo. Per il prezzo però va più bene. Se non volessi spendere di più, tornerei sicuramente

Ambiente elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio, grande pulizia, personale efficiente. Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite per 3 persone ed era composta da due ambienti divisi da una porta, con angolo cottura attrezzato, bollitore, forno, 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale a disposizione e bagno con vasca. Ho adorato la sauna e la zona relax, aperte dalle ore 16:00 alle 20:00. Il direttore ci ha spiegato che per soggiorni da due notti in su potevamo utilizzare gratuitamente i pass per bus e funivia forniti dall'hotel, ed è stato magnifico!

Rivedere l’accoglienza
Pros:

Hotel mastodontico dal fascino dei tempi passati, mi ricorda tanto l’Overlook hotel di Shining.
Posizione eccezionale vicino a delle bellissime passeggiate.
Camera molto ampia e pulitissima, in stile alpino.

Cons:

L’accoglienza da parte del personale (in maggioranza italiano) è stata alquanto di scarsa qualità. In particolare una receptionist italiana si è dimostrata molto scortese, approssimativa e annoiata. Inoltre, si rivolgeva alle sue colleghe con un linguaggio decisamente poco consono al luogo e commentava ad alta voce con linguaggio “colorito” fatti personali/lavorativi. Magari pensava che i clienti intorno non fossero italiani….
Nessuno dei ristoranti dell’hotel era aperto, anche questo un punto a sfavore.

Tolles Hotel in einem bestens erhaltenen alten Palazzo
Pros:

Toller, bestens erhaltener alter Palazzo. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Seesicht und in Seenähe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für angenehme Wanderungen dem See entlang oder in die umliegenden Berge. Ausreichend Gratisparkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Man fühlt sich wirklich wie ein einem Hotel-Palast des 19. Jahrhundert - alles ist riesig und beeindruckend. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert mit Blick auf den See und sehr großem, ebenfalls schön renovierten Bad. Man mekt dem Palace das Alter an, wir haben das aber positiv gesehen - war für uns wie eine Zeitreise. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistung war stimmig. Frühstück hatten wir keines, da wir in aller Früh eine Bergwanderung zu den Innquellen gemacht haben. Das Klima ist in Maloya im Sommer ca. 10-15 Grad kühler, herrlich!

Pros:

It’s a historical hotel that has its charm. The luxurious sunroom in front of the lobby is ideal for relaxing and enjoying views and drinks. I opted for a bigger 30 m. room that was spacious and comfortable. The big bath was just what I needed to completely relax after a long hike. The reception staff was attentive and responsive.

Cons:

There was no food option in the hotel at 9pm

Excellent location — good philosophy
Pros:

Excellent location — I have been a regular guest there for decades and feel very familiar with the building and the philosophy

Cons:

During my previous stays, the staff and the reception were excellent and incredibly friendly only this time there was a replacement of two older ladies who were neither friendly nor accommodating
