Great property, staff, location.
Pros:

Fantastic and helpful staff. Great location in midtown east convenient to trains/Grand Central. Very clean.

Was a little dated. HVAC is older.

Location. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Room smelt damp because of the shower curtain. Breakfast very basic on plastic plates and random mix of cheap cutlery. No water filling stations but charged $6 for small and $8 for medium sized bottles of water. Most hotels nowadays try to cut down plastic use by providing water stations
