The staff was amazingly kind. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and comfortable. Nearby restaurants were amazing.

The location was good.

Cons:

Because of the rain, it felt much colder outside, but the hotel did not provide heating, so we were freezing throughout our stay. It was the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel without heating. Even after we told the staff that the room was too cold, they only said there was nothing they could do. I ended up getting sick after the trip

Very satisfied!
Pros:

Particularly great location, subway stops are very close by. The accessibility of attractions from the hotel is excellent, for example, to get to, for example, Battery Park (to get to the Statue of Liberty or Ellis island) - it will not take more than half an hour. From one of these stops there is a connection to JFK airport, so if you are traveling with a small luggage - a completely acceptable way to connect to JFK (I went from this hotel to the airport, everything was very convenient, except for the Airtrain, which was overcrowded). Also, speaking of the location, there is a wonderful selection of restaurants and other places to eat around.
My accommodation was a Junior apartment, I was very satisfied with this choice, it was a good feeling of comfort to have a kitchen and a sitting area. Next time I will definitely choose to stay in a similar type of accommodation, especially if it is a longer stay than two nights.
I also want to mention the staff - great, kind people, ready to help.

Cons:

I had breakfast at the hotel once. There was nothing wrong with that, but I would rate it as weak compared to the other level of comfort I received at this hotel. However, if you are in a hurry to leave the hotel, it is still a good option to eat before your trip and save time.

המיקום טוב מאד. חדר מרווח וגדול. הצוות היה טוב. אבל המלון ישן מאד וכך גם התשתית. לא מתאים לדרגת אירוח 4 כוכבים. רצינו לאכול שם ארוחת בוקר שהיתה דלה, ויתרנו.

L’emplacement parfait pour une première fois

Cons:

La propreté ( cheveux retrouvé dans la salle de bain des l’arrivée) taches collantes près du lit et salle de bain et pas nettoyé sur la semaine.
La climatisation il a fait froid pendant 2 jours et ça été réparé ( après 2 passages )le petite déjeuner est léger mais au vu du gâchis dans certains hôtel ça reste suffisant mais les places sont limités selon l’heure d’arrivé vous pouvez attendre une place .

Je note rarement mais au vu du prix ça reste quelques points à revoir
