Muy buena estancia, personal muy amable.
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, la estación de metrobus está frente al hotel, hay lugares alimentos y otros centros comerciales cerca, el hotel está ubicado en un pequeño centro comercial que tiene un poco de todo. Tuvimos algunos requerimientos especiales y el personal fue muy amable.

El estacionamiento y su gestión, en el proceso de reserva no indica que es una plaza comercial y donde se puede uno estacionar, uno tiene que averiguar todo preguntando al personal de la plaza y adivinar como llegar al hotel.

La recepcionista dió su discurso de bienvenida a 250km por hora, de lo cual no logra uno retener el 100%

Pros:

Breakfast is good and assorted, we have many options, very good fruit and the bread. The schedule is excellent to beginning work activity.

Cons:

First elevator out of service some times and walk thru the stairs, its a little hard for older people. They forget to drop bath towels but desk service help me fast.
