L'insegna dell'hotel poco riconoscibile dall'esterno; l'ingresso appare "polveroso", consigliamo di rimodernarlo. Nella stanza mancava il frigo-bar, cosa normale per un 4 stelle e per il prezzo pagato.

Classic hotel, interior slightly affected by the time, but with lots of atmosphere. Excellent location, around the corner from Graslin square and its impressive brasserie La Cigale. In pedestrian zone, so very quiet from traffic. Nevertheless reachable by taxi and nearby tramways.and busses. Bike options also available. Very pleasant and helpful people at reception. Rooms in all sizes and configurations. Adequate breakfast.
Bedding of the cheaper kind and not very comfortable/sizeable compared to room size and further comfort. Awful to put in silly carton cups in stead of proper glassware (or hard plastic if it must be). Coat hangers of the ‘don’t steal us type’ in low life motels. Unworthy the otherwise high level of this hotel.
