Great Location, Beautiful Lobby
Pros:

Location was great, right next to a beautiful square, shops, restaurants and a park. Beautiful lobby and nice bar and sitting area. Comfortable bed and bedding.

Cons:

Amenities seemed lacking. Had to ask for 2 extra pillows. Only 2 on the bed on arrival. No where to hang up towels after use, a couple of hooks would have been nice. Had to ask second day for room to be made up, and then it never happened. Only a knock at the door at 3 pm providing the requested towels and toilet paper. Ran out of kleenex as well. Basic bath body gel and shampoo in shower. No other bath amenities.

Une douce parenthèse.
Pros:

Emplacement, beauté des lieux, confort, personnel charmant, chambre prestige avec une terrasse extraordinaire, petit-déjeuner varié et copieux (très bon).

Cons:

Nous avons voulu prendre un verre au bar de l’hôtel un dimanche à 22h45 : pas de barman alors que le bar est normalement ouvert jusqu’à 00h30. Nous sommes ressortis….

Pros:

Très bel hôtel ultra bien placé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées.
Personnel très accueillant et agréable.
Vraiment rien à dire.
Si il fallait être pointilleux : la literie est de très bonne qualité pour les personnes qui aiment les lits fermes.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié mais pour 20€ il pourrait être plus wawww😅
Parking très pratique en plein centre. Attention ne venez pas avec une trop grosse voiture vous ne passerez pas les portes cochères. (Un Suv type Qashqai passe quand même )Et ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien à part démolir le bâtiment 😅

Bel hôtel, bien situé, personnel très serviable
Pros:

Personnel adorable, bel hôtel, très bien situé. La climatisation était bienvenue vu la canicule qui s'était abattue sur la France, chambre propre et très calme, on n'entend ni la rue ni les voisins.

Cons:

Pour le prix, j'aurais aimé une salle de bain séparée de la chambre ; là c'est uniquement une paroi en verre pas très flou et sans plafond. Peut-être adapté pour un couple mais j'étais en famille donc c'était un peu gênant.

Hotel bonito en una ubicación magnífica con un personal increíble y súper profesional.
Pros:

Un hotel precioso con una ubicación inmejorable. El personal súper atento con absolutamente todo y siempre disponibles a ayudar con cualquier asunto. La habitación grande y cómoda, lo único que la almohada era muy baja pero pedí otra y me la subieron al momento. Destacar sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal. Sin duda, volvería.

Cons:

Por decir algo, las almohadas no eran las más cómodas.

La chambre très confortable, salle de bain de standing

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de local vélo couvert, le petit dej à 16 euro si on le demande la veille ok, sinon 20 euros le matin même (un peu trop cher)

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal central location for exploring Nantes with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor with the garden terrace, The room facilities were good, the bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable.

None,, look forward to staying with you again.
