I like the food from the restaurant located at the ground level

Cons:

To be very Frank wash room was not good, The jet flush was broken and the room was full of mosquitos.AC remote at room 103 was not working well. Staff over there were not customer service minded. They have to undergo some training. Overall the experience in the hotel for this price was really not good. The image and the words written on the BOOKING app does not match atall.

Pathetic
Pros:

They clearly weren’t happy with a booking via booking.com. First they refused to have a booking at all despite giving a hard copy of the booking confirmation voucher. Then for everything find excuses saying “you booked this online so whatever you may want you should check with the ones you booked with etc”. They don’t seem to realise that without booking.com, not a fly will even know of this hotel or stay ever.

Cons:

Bad location. Bad staff.
