La ubicación es, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. Está justo en el corazón del Viejo San Juan, por lo que es muy fácil recorrer toda la zona histórica caminando. El lobby es agradable y siempre había agua, té y café disponibles para los huéspedes, lo que se agradece.
Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La limpieza no era la esperada, especialmente en el baño, donde el piso no estaba bien limpio. Además, la ducha estaba en mal estado y era difícil regular la temperatura del agua. También había que avisar para que ordenaran la pieza, algo que considerando que es un hotel debería estar implícito.
El personal de recepción tampoco fue especialmente amable ni atento durante nuestra estadía. Si bien el hotel no ofrece desayuno, tampoco cuenta con facilidades básicas como un microondas o un espacio donde los huéspedes puedan calentar comida, lo que resulta bastante incómodo.
En general, sentimos que, considerando el precio, el hotel no ofrece el nivel de limpieza, servicio ni comodidades que esperábamos. La excelente ubicación fue, sin duda, lo único que realmente destacó de nuestra experiencia.
Building was beautiful and was a great centralized location! Walking to nearby sited was very easy.
Rooms need updating, but nothing that would deter us from staying there again

O staff é muito grosseiro, não são prestativos, não querem atender o hóspede. O Open bar é controlado demais, não nos sentimos a vontade. Esqueci meu travesseiro FOM e simplesmente disseram que não estava mo quarto (mesmo eu indo procurar 5h depois de ter saído do apartamento).

Perfect location and clean.
Beds were very uncomfortable (bad mattress) and the management could do more to renovate the hotel and make it nicer, decorate with mote charm and upgrade the bedrooms.
The location and staff were amazing, especially loved Chris and his customer service. Open bar is a huge perk and the building itself is gorgeous.
Floors are not the cleanest and the water pressure was poor, but that sounds to be a common issue in Old San Juan.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming - particularly at Midnight off a flight from JFK.
