Прекрасные люди работают в этом отеле. Ощущали себя, будто мы приехали в гости к друзьям.
Хороший чистый бассейн, с подсветкой и искусственным течением. Вечером после экскурсии приятно охладится в нем.
Удачное расположение. До центральной улицы несколько минут пешком. Напротив хороший ресторан, а также спа салон.

Perfect! De kamers waren prachtig en luxe, het personeel was aardig en alles was mogelijk. De locatie is perfect want het ligt super centraal voor alle mooie bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk en het zwembad heerlijk.

Everything! Decor was lovely, usually accommodation never looks as good as in the brochure, this is better! Spacious room, pleasantly decorated, lovely balcony area, nice pool area, delightful dining area and reception. The location was great, a short 5 minute walk from the busier part of town, so hence it was peaceful. But still had restaurants and bars across the road. Most importantly the staff were exceptional. They did everything they could for us, nothing was too much trouble. It is so apparent these people genuinely care about their customers and their hotel. The lady that worked on the reception was particularly helpful, always available, she booked us trips, arranged bespoke tours, and transfer transportation. So we got exactly what we wanted during our stay, at really reasonable prices, which we couldn’t have organised without local knowledge and with the language barrier, it also always came with a big genuine smile!

A nice comfortable place with large rooms. It is well located. The staff takes very good care of you. Do try their noodle soup in the morning breakfast!! Highly recommended to stay here!

Buena ubicación, la dueña es muy amable y te ayuda con lo necesario. Puedes alquilar bicis o motos. El desayuno es a la carta pero suficiente para empezar el día. La habitación grande y limpia. Cama muy cómoda.

Great place - a short walk away from the main bar and restaurant area. Scooter rental is available at 150k/day and it makes it super easy to get around to the different sites. Clean and spacious room, free water plus snacks, soda, and beer for sale in the room.

I'd like to express my gratitude to the hotel owner Cuong and the receptionists Anh for such a warm welcome for our entire family. They arranged a comfortable transfer from Hanoi Airport for us. As we were checking in late at night our rooms were prepared, and payment for all services and rooms was made only the following day after breakfast. They helped us rent motorbikes and provided all the necessary tips for exploring the area. On the day of our departure, our bus was leaving around midnight, and after a busy day, the hotel owner kindly offered us his room so we could freshen up before the trip and also drove us to the bus station in his own car.What I liked about the hotel: quiet, calm, delicious breakfasts, massages, restaurants, coffee shops and attractions within walking distance, service for storing luggage , laundry and renting transport.

Ngay gần trung tâm Tam Cốc, rất thuận tiện đi lại. Khách sạn thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Bữa sáng đầy đủ và ngon miệng. Có dịp sẽ trở lại thêm lần nữa!
