El hotel es bonito, limpio y acogedor. El personal súper amable. Los chicos/as de la recepción muy buena gente. El desayuno muy bien. Puedes pedir de la carta lo q quieras.
A 2 calles de la playa. Bicicletas gratuitas.

Un hotel a pochi passi dal centro Da Nang che risulta essere un oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nel verde, infatti non sembra nemmeno di stare in una città caotica come Da Nang.
La camera ci ha lasciato senza parole, spaziosa, luminosa, accogliente e studiata nei minimi dettagli.
Il servizio lavanderia davvero veloce ed efficiente e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
La piscina è superlativa, sopratutto la sera con le luci della città.
Lo staff è davvero il plus di questo hotel, Tracy e Lisa ci hanno supportato in ogni richiesta e suggerimento, sono state davvero eccezionali e di ottimo aiuto!

Bella struttura con camera spaziosa letto grande e comodo, aria condizionata funzionante anche quando non si è in camera. Piscina con acqua molto calda (quasi termale! ). Bello il verde verticale della scala centrale e il laghetto pulito con i pesci. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Bardzo fajny hotel, bardzo ładnym czysty i w zasadzie nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Personel super pomocny, zrobili znacznie więcej niż musieliby za to wielki plus. Jeśli miałbym cokolwiek wpisać na minus to jedynie śniadania, nie są one w formie bufetu szwedzkiego tylko wybiera się z karty, samo jedzenie bardzo dobre ale ilość napojów typu kawa/sok powinna być zdecydowanie większa. Również ilość stolików do jedzenia mogłaby być większa - rozumiem że to przez brak powierzchni, tylko my musieliśmy się przysiadać do innych osób żeby móc zjeść. Niemniej jednak to niewielki mankament w stosunku do ogólnego wrażenia. Basen malutki ale za to byliśmy na nim przeważnie całkowicie sami co jest wielkim plusem. Hotel dość blisko plaży, jedynie okolica nie jest najlepsza - cała ulica wzdłuż wygląda jak podczas remontu choć pewności nie mam czy ktoś coś z nią robi. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel dla ludzi ceniących czystość, przestronność i uprzejmość personelu.

The details and care and consideration taken by the staff was very impressive . Lisa was soo helpful with suggestions in the area and Nathan also made our stay something special…all the staff were so kind. The property itself is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Breakfast was really good and the cafe was dreamy. I left a bag accidentally and they helped get it to me in Hoi An at no charge as a courtesy…above and beyond every step of the way.

This was hotel number 6 on our trip round Vietnam and it did not disappoint! We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was lovely and spacious with lovely toiletries and even a foot bath for us. The pool is lovely too. The breakfast was my favourite out of all the hotels, I loved the healthy smoothie bowls! We arrived late at night, around 9.30pm and Tom was there to great us and gave us recommendations on where we could get good food, booked us a table and helped us sort a taxi. Tom was always on hand to help with any recommendations on places to go and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, he is a credit to the hotel. Shout out to Nathan for helping with bags and to the waitress in the coffee bar (sorry I didn’t get her name) for good coffee and breakfast service. The staff are all wonderful. This is a unique hotel and definitely worth a visit.
