Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever possible. The location is excellent within walking distance to the beach, with many restaurants and spas nearby.
The room was spacious, clean, and had very good air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended, and we would be very happy to come back again in the future.

The Staff were great, the hotel was a little north of the main beach but easy walking. Nice vibe.

Stunning, calm hotel with amazing rooms and even more amazing staff!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Starting with the service of all the staff, particularly Joseph, everyone was so warm and couldn’t help us anymore if they tried. The room was stunning, spotless, spacious and every little detail was thought of. The property overall was kept so clean and tidy and all the staff working went out of their way to keep it that way!
Location wise it’s also great - tucked away off the main drag but such a good location for easy walking to spots like East West Brewing and Oslow Coffee and easy to get Grab taxis.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Personal ist einfach eine 10/10. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !!
Pros:

Das gesamte Team war einfach bemerkenswert aufmerksam und freundlich. Insbesondere „Tom“ und „Tracy“ haben uns den gesamten Aufenthalt begleitet. Der Pool auf dem Dach war aufgrund der heißen Tage eine wahre Oase. Durch die ruhige Lage und das bequeme Bett war erholsamer Schlaf jederzeit gewährleistet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist aufgrund der kleinen Karte, nicht für lange Aufenthalte ausgelegt (wir waren 7 Tage dort). Das ist keine Kritik sondern dient eher als Information. Das Frühstück selbst war ebenfalls gut.

Amazing stay, great location and great staff
Pros:

The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated and the service from staff was amazing! Lisa especially was great and took her time explaining everything about the hotel and gave me a really warm welcome.

Cons:

The swimming pool didn’t look quite as nice in real life as it did in photos but otherwise everything was great

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff ready to greet you with a welcome drink and snack. Pool was clean. A short walk to the beach. Only stayed one night but would’ve loved longer! Room was stunning and bed super comfy

Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και μας περίμενε μέχρι αργά το βράδυ που φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό ήταν νόστιμο και υπήρχε ποικιλία, καθώς μπορούσες να διαλέξεις 2 πιάτα από τον κατάλογο, συν κάποια πράγματα που υπήρχαν σε μορφή μπουφέ.

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο -και συγκεκριμένα το δωμάτιο που μείναμε εμείς- δεν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί ως 5 αστέρων. Καταρχάς ήταν τόσο μικρό που δεν καταφέραμε να ανοίξουμε όλες τις βαλίτσες μας. Αλλά και χωρίς τις βαλίτσες, ο χώρος μεταξύ του κρεβατιού και της μπαλκονόπορτας είναι ελάχιστος.
Το βασικό όμως ήταν πως δεν είχε ασχοληθεί κανείς με το να αερίσει το δωμάτιο ή να ανοίξει από πριν τον κλιματισμό, όπως σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα ξενοδοχεία που επισκεφθήκαμε στο Βιετνάμ και την Ταϊλάνδη που μας περίμενε ένα δροσερό δωμάτιο, με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να είναι σαν θερμοκήπιο από άποψη θερμοκρασίας, αλλά κυρίως από υγρασία, η οποία, ενώ ανοίξαμε τον κλιματισμό στην αφύγρανση για ώρες, δεν "έσπαγε" με τίποτα, ούτε καν το πρωί που ξυπνήσαμε. Το παράθυρο δεν γινόταν να ανοιχτεί καθώς το μπαλκόνι ήταν γεμάτο πρασινάδες χωρίς κάποια σίτα και τα κουνούπια θα έκαναν πάρτυ.
Τέλος, αποφασίσαμε να κάνουμε ένα ντουζ για να διαπιστώσουμε πως το νερό έτρεχε με δυσκολία και η ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας ήταν αδύνατη, καθώς και υπήρχε μόνο μία κρεμάστρα για όλες μας τις πετσέτες.

可愛いホテル
Pros:

ホテルの雰囲気やデザインが可愛くておしゃれだった。
スタッフは感じが良くウェルカムドリンクも頂けた。
朝食は15種類くらいの中から二品選べるのだけど、ボリューミーなので、一品でも十分かもしれない。その他にもビュッフェ形式のサラダやフルーツちょっとしたホットミール、ドリンクなどもあるので。

お部屋は日当たりが良く、快適だった。

Cons:

プールは小さく、プールサイドのデッキチェアは二組しか利用できない。

立地はどこへでもグラブで出かけていたので、特に気にはならなかったが、ビーチまで近いと思い歩いた際、道が悪かった。

シャワールームは扉やカーテンがないため、かなり気を遣って使用しないといけない。

バルコニーの椅子にネズミの糞が数個落ちていた。

Hôtel à taille humaine extrêmement confortable, idéal pour séjourner à Da Nang
Pros:

Établissement très agréable, belles finitions, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel attentif et prévenant. Et le p’tit truc en plus: la piscine sur le toit.

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit dem besten Personal! Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit schönen großen Zimmern. Das Personal (vorallem Tracy und Tom) waren extrem hilfsbereit bei jeder Anfrage und Organisation von speziellen Anfragen. Da es kein Babybett gab haben wir als „Entschädigung“ einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer erhalten, das gesamte Hotelpersonal hat sich toll um unser 5 Monate altes Baby gekümmert - während wir zb gefrühstückt haben - mehr Service geht nicht. Würde jederzeit sofort wieder buchen!

Cons:

Der Pool ist recht einfach gehalten aber mehr braucht man eigentlich auch nicht!
