Pros:

Veldig hyggelige ansatte som var behjelpelige. God mat og resturant. Koselig bassengområdet, og fin beliggenhet. Rommet var rent og komfortabelt.

Pros:

Prachtig nieuw hotel!😍
De ligging is super. Het personeel is echt heel vriendelijk! Het ontbijt is echt een plus punt!!
Je hebt super veel keuze van het buffet en eventueel ook nog keuze van de kaart.
Heerlijke wellness!

Amazing breakfast and great location !
Pool and bar area are lovely.
Staff are very nice and attentive.
Felt very safe !
Great deal with Atlas and Cafe del Mar beach clubs.
Overall a great stay and would come back, provided I had hot water!

Cons:

The shower was cold - we spoke to the team after the 2nd night and we were moved to an alternative room on the 3rd day (thank you) but they knew there was an issue with the shower in our room from the start and it should’ve been mentioned earlier!
Can be a bit loud, paddle court next door and thin doors - didn’t affect us but take into consideration if you’re a light sleeper!
Tiles could do with a deep clean, but generally clean!

Konumu Tui nin kalitesi otelin yeni ve temiz olmasi bunlarin hepsi artı bir durum fakat beni en çok etkiliyen oteldeki tüm personelin olağan üstü misafir perverliği ve saygısı havuz kenarında siparişimizin aksaması benim için çok küçük bi sorun olmasına rağmen farklı farklı personelin bunun için defalarca gelip özür dilemesi ve extra özür mahiyetinde içecek ve meyve tabağı getirmeleri insana hizmet kalitesinin ne olduğunu gösteriyor teşekkürler 😊
