Pros:

Mon séjour c est très bien passse, Youssef et le monsieur à la réception alvain se sont très bien occuper de moi et mon très très bien accueilli.
Au moindre question
Ils étaient réactif franchement le top au petit soins.
Si je reviendrai à Istanbul j y retrouverai
Directe sans faute !

Pros:

I found this hotel to deliver on everything that it was supposed to. I needed a hotel in a quiet place with a good breakfast, good air conditioning and conveniently located. I found its proximity to the Tram 1 line very convenient, and I was never disturbed by any outside noises. The breakfast varied a bit from day to day and it was always good and generous. The staff did their best to be helpful and everyone was really, really kind. I would be happy to stay with them again.

Cons:

It takes a while to master the settings for the air conditioning, which has a vent right above the bed. But by adjusting the temperature and the fan speed I managed to get it just right. The last night I even slept without it quite comfortably.

Pros:

Hotel "fonctionnel" sans charme particulier, propre et central, pres du Grand Bazar. On l'avais choici pour cette raison mais attention, le Grand Bazar est fermé le dimanche!

rien de particulier, peut-etre la taille de la chambre, mais ça n'etait pas une surprise

Isztambulban töltöttünk néhány csodálatos napot a férjemmel és két barátunkkal, és ez a szálloda nagyban hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy ez az utazás igazán életre szóló élmény legyen számunkra. Már az érkezés pillanatától kezdve nagyon meleg, barátságos fogadtatásban volt részünk, a személyzet minden tagja rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt – valóban azt éreztük, hogy fontosak vagyunk számukra.

A szálloda gyönyörű, tiszta és igényesen karbantartott, minden apró részletben látszik a gondoskodás és a szívvel-lélekkel végzett munka. Az ár-érték arány pedig kiváló, különösen ahhoz képest, milyen magas színvonalú szolgáltatást kaptunk.

A reggeli minden nap egy kis ünnep volt: bőséges, friss és változatos, és bármennyit ehettünk-ihattunk mindenből, amit csak megkívántunk. Jó érzés volt így indítani a napokat, igazán gondtalan, kellemes hangulatban.

Őszintén hálásak vagyunk ezért az élményért, mert ritkán tapasztaljuk azt, hogy minden ennyire tökéletes összhangban legyen egy nyaralás során. Szívből ajánljuk a szállodát mindenkinek, és biztosak vagyunk benne, hogy mi is nagyon szívesen visszatérünk még ide.

Στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο έχω μείνει πολλές φορές το ξέρω πολύ καλά όπως και τα θετικά του..τη θέση του..το ευγενικό προσωπικό..το καλό σέρβις

Το δωμάτιο ήταν το χειρότερο ίσως του ξενοδοχείου...είχε μια καθόλου ευχάριστη μυρωδιά...έβλεπε φωταγωγό ήταν σκοτεινό κι επειδή ήταν πρώτος όροφος αδύνατον ν ανοίξεις παράθυρο... καλοκαιριάτικα... μη τυχόν μπει κάποιο έντομο η γάτες...πααάρα πολύ μικρό για δίκλινο...και γενικά δεν ήξερα ότι το συγκεκριμένο ευχάριστο κατάλυμα έχει και τόσο χάλια δωμάτια...να σημειώσω πως 9/10 φορές που έχω μείνει κλείνω μόνη μου δωμάτιο και είναι πάντα εξαιρετικό...ας μαντέψουμε λοιπόν τί έφταιγε που μας έδωσαν αυτό το χάλι να μείνουμε...ευτυχώς ήταν μόνο για μία βραδιά...ειλικρινά δε θ άντεχα δεύτερη...παρ όλα αυτά το momento δε θα πάψει να ναι η δική μου επιλογή αλλά με δική μου κράτηση...σκοπός δεν είναι να λέτε ότι προσφέρεται δωμάτια σε καλές τιμές..σκοπός είναι να ναι τα σωστά δωμάτια σε καλές τιμές...και όχι τρώγλες...ευχαριστώ
