Clean very great hospitality
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel quite early, and the guys working at the lobby were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made me feel comfortable right away. They even told me that breakfast was ready and that my room would be prepared as soon as I finished breakfast. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality after arriving early. Great first impression and wonderful customer service! ❤️

Cons:

Close to the bazaar and blue mousse

All in all, we're so happy that we chose Momento Hotel and have only positive feedback. Hope to come back here one d
Pros:

We were lucky to stay at Momento Hotel during our vacation in Istanbul. The stuff was very polite and always ready to help us with everything. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfasts were tasty. The location is very convenient due to the tram stop and Grand Bazaar not far from it.

A comfortable, tranquil place to stay in the centre of a bustling, vibrant city.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Hotel staff were very accommodating. If you have any problems, just ask for Burak at the desk.

Pros:

Buen desayuno y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado en 2 habitaciones separadas. En la primera no enfriaba absolutamente nada el aire acondicionado. En la segunda, el termostato estaba malo, pero al menos si enfriaba el aire acondicionado.
