good if you need city centre, but overpriced

breakfast buffet - wide selection and tasty, room-interior design - contemporary, in so-called Scandinavian style, giant size of room windows, beautiful lobby design, personel kindness,

Cons:

air-con system was so loud that we could not sleep so moved to another room at 2 AM, apart from reception, people hardy speak English, entrance to the hotel is very awkward - thru a gate and parking, hidden in a narrow passage and overwhelmed by sport facilities, disappointing size of hotel swimming pool,

Nice location, little overpriced for its category

Nice location. Kind staff.

Cons:

We were 3 persons and everything was organized for only 2 person. The spa is not included, you can use it for extra money.

Definitely I will stay in the hotel again.
Pros:

Very nice and helpful stuff, special thanks to Rawan, Youmna, Pery, Osama and Khaled for their professional work. The location is great, it is inside Smouha club and near to everywhere.
The breakfast is wonderful and a lot of varieties.

Cons:

Only one thing to improve is to let the cars reach the main entrance of the hotel, it is not short distance to walk specially if you are carrying things or have old people with you.

Nice room, terrible service
Pros:

Hotel bedroom was amazing

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t included so I paid during the check in. No one updated the system and for two straight days we were treated like thieves during breakfast, and I was really upset and this was an actual mood killer

I always recommend that hotel
Pros:

Everything, location, comfort, staff,

Cons:

The maintenance, I am always there if I go to Alexandria, but this time I noticed maintenance issues, black out curtains not even 90% due to the fact the motor of the curtain installed in wrong position on the aluminum frame allows complete 20 cm strip not to cover by curtains
Flush of the toilet not work properly
Sofa bed full of spots, and some other bits and pieces, but the room was fully cleaned very good
But some of facilities in booking was not in the room like ironing facility, but they provided it when I asked, but
Asked for robes, but not delivered
The booking was king bed, but the bed was less than king maybe queen
I think since the hotel moved to Crown plaza management it has some lack like also the variety of food reduced, however when I asked about the food I get used to eat they did it even not in the menu
Anyway I will come again sure because I know that the management will read that and solved soon

Big thanks to Mrs Yasmine, really she show to me how is the hotel is fantastic
Pros:

The stuff very nice and big thanks to Mrs Yasmine/gust relations, really she is wonderful and help all gusts to enjoy their stay, really she is professional and help the gusts to find all facilities and help us to enjoy

Cons:

Reception guy not deal in fair way with all gusts and i take long time to check in and finally he put us in oldest room without arrangement, anyway Mrs Yasmine correct all that and show to me how the hotel is fantastic

the decoration was nice

mostly everything else ,first it took us more then 2 hours to check in, room was not what we asked for and we asked for it alot via booking chat , calls , and they keep saying its one of a kind, location was bad as it is between a sport club and a bank there for it is noisy , beds are extremely uncomfortable, sofas are dirty, bathroom smells, ac keeps making noise, and what ever you complain the answer you get js “sorry, do you want a drink ? “ if you keep complaining they may change the room but its just another copy of the same issues all over , the swimming pool is super small and no one is thinking to swim in it its just for show , and they will charge you for parking and extra fees that are not shown in booking under the “other fees” that may go over 200$ , making the total pay not worth the stay and you are off better finding a resort instead , this hotel may be appealing for Egyptians only as there prices are lower
