For sure I will not use this hotel anymore
Pros:

Breakfast / starting at 6.30AM and is OK, even if is same breakfast every day. This is the ONLY positive for this expensive (for Alexandria) hotel.

Cons:

From the moment of 5 days booking, I kindly requested for a quiet room since I came to work, not to party. I even specified this when I bring my baggage from another bad hotel. They gave me a room at 5-th floor and I was happy when I saw they gave 2 glasses windows. Well...it was not sound proof AT ALL. The room was in front of swimming pool and I could NOT SLEEP WELL AT ALL, since I could hear all whistles and all kids screams till long AFTER NIDNIGHT.
The price is much MUCH higher than they deserves and is made to steal you at least on Bokking.com.
On the hotels list you sea a price (446Euro in my case), when you select this hotel, the price IMMEDIATELLY GOES to 562Euro and when you select how many rooms you want, they add another 130Euro (my case)

La struttura rispecchia la descrizione sulla piattaforma ed è all'altezza delle aspettative; la posizione è molto buona.

Accoglienza "anonima" e servizio pessimo. Avevo prenotato due stanze uguali e invece ci è stata assegnata una camera con divano letto al posto del letto singolo, che non è stato nemmeno preparato (biancheria da letto e asciugamani mancanti). Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte la reception e lo staff si è dimostrato scortese e ineficciente. Le uniche persone gentili e professionali sono state Abanoup e Ahmed, che ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli. Relazione con i clienti estremamente disorganizzata: sono stata contattata via whatsapp, via sms e tramite piattaforma, ma la comunicazione è stata disorganica e inutile.
