Girly getaway
Pros:

Plenty of car spaces. The staff were really nice. There was three of us. Big room and beds were comfortable.. breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Unfortunately the extractor in the bathroom wasn't working. There was no air con but the fan did the job perfectly. It won't put me off staying there again.. everything else was spot on otherwise.

A great trip, we did a Viking river cruise for about 1 hour on the river with a historian on board.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, there was a problem with the power switch just inside the room door, a phone call to reception was all it took to have a staff member call to the room and it was fixed within minutes.
We had dinner in the bar and there was a good choice on the menu, service was quick and the food wxcellent. Breakfast options were good, and the quality excellent. tthe leisure centre was also good , friendly staff all round.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room. There was a fan provided which helped. However, it was probably the hottest day of the year 25th/ 26th June, this weather is not usual for Ireland, so the lack of air con. is not a big deal!

Pros:

good selection was available for breakfast on both hot & cold selections. nice spacious room well kitted out only thing we found after a night sleep (maybe we both imagined this) but the bed seemed to slope in the middle outwards? (maybe a mattress needs turned) we didn't eat dinner on site as after checking the bar/restaurant menu we found too few of choices to our liking. any staff we came into contact with were pleasant and welcoming. good spacious car park available.

Cons:

There had appeared to be issues with processing my credit card for pre-authorisation the evening before our stay and this also seemed to be a tech issue when we arrived to check in which caused a slight delay (seems it was more a tech/process issue rather than my card).

Toller Aufenthalt. Ganz klare Empfehlung zum übernachten. Die Chickenwings sind köstlich.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage. Großer Parkplatz. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.

llegamos para volver
Pros:

estuvimos muy a gusto , llegamos tarde pero encontramos un espacio muy confortable. Un espacio para descansar cerca del centro de la ciudad . Maravilloso.

Cons:

no ponemos ninguna pega. En el hotel nos trataron de forma estupenda y supersónica, no pudimos estar mejor atendidas. Gracias a la dirección de hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows. The room was big, there was a nice fan to use as it was quite warm. The breakfast was good for an additional €9 each morning

Cons:

Despite the statement on booking that there would be no precharge on the room, my card was charged for half the stay (one night). I then had to pay for my complete stay. I had to wait ONE WHOLE MONTH for this charge to be reverted, which it's just done. So I was out of pocket by over a hundred and twenty euro. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realised I had not been refunded immediately and was told the manager would contact me, I requested that they contact me that day as I was going on holiday the next day. I had no contact from the hotel at all. I checked my bank account and there was definitely 3payments instead of two.

It's unfortunate that they took the charge in the first place, then didn't refund me immediately, then no contact from them. , as I'm now writing a bad review here about them, and while I will be back in Waterford for both work, and leisure with my kids this summer, I won't be staying here
