Overrated and the price is not worth it at all no lift and a very bad smell I dont advise to stay in the hotel the pictures was unreal at all

When I entered the property, there was no water running. I tried to wash my hands on arrival and then tried to have a shower but there was no water at all. I have never experienced no water being available on a stay. I would ideally like to be refunded the entire amount that I paid.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
What stood out the most was the staff’s responsiveness. They replied to our messages very quickly and were always helpful. We also greatly appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient.
Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.
The only minor drawback was that there was no elevator, and carrying luggage up and down the narrow staircases could be challenging, especially for families or guests with large suitcases. However, we understand that this is quite common in many buildings in central London and is not unique to this property.
Overall, the excellent location, spacious room, responsive staff, and flexibility with late check-out more than made up for this small inconvenience.
